Deplorable. Im a patron at many small cafes in the local area. I'm treated and welcomed with respect and kindness. I serviced... online clients in Ukraine and Russia during the start of the war as a therapist and frequented her place while my neighbor wasdoing loud construction. I would bring my laptop, do paperwork, and at times take emergency request calls. The owner and herdaughter were critical, unfriendly, and the cost of her food is high for what you get. I always purchased several high costitems with 20 percent tip only to be told, I have to pay for ice for my warm iced coffee, not to do work on my laptop, use herelectricity, or invite my friend to whom she accused was a client and was mistreated so poorly being accused of trespassing 5min. after closing because she could move fast enough after just having surgery. What is seriously wrong with her? Most cafeswelcome you to do work at their cafe, do interviews and consultations, and def. use their electricity to their establishment andare happy when inviting other paying customers. I have never met a nastier, unwelcoming business owner. Her place is empty for areason. I won't be back and redirect other people far away from this place. Read more

This is one of my favorite local cafes! The menu is quite diverse and appealing. I’ve had their acai bowls, Nordic tuna, hemp... brownie, and seasonal fruit/nut salad with the tuna (picture below). All of the food is always absolutely delicious! As well,the service was super friendly. You can see the owner’s hard work in every dish and decor. I highly recommend this cafe! Read more
My girlfriend wanted to come here after a hot bike ride. We've been here a couple of times and the owner has an attitude if you... ask her questions about her smoothies. I'm on a certain diet due to allergies, so asking questions for the safety of my healthshouldn't be met with annoyance. After a hot ride on the trail, people want to sit and chill. I pulled my hamstring. We feltreally uncomfortable just trying to relax, we felt the waitress kept coming out and spying on us. We waited a long time for afood and the waitress just dropped a utensil tray on our table and left. It was pretty rude. There was no else there. Not surewhat two cyclists are going to do to the patio. Perhaps a little paranoid due to the color of our skin? I didn't care for myexpensive smoothie and felt rushed to order it because of the owner's attitude. I didn't finish it. My girlfriend also didn'tfinish her soup. She said it was cold and blan. We went to the brewery across the street after the waitress came out for the 4thtime just to see what we were doing. Read more
I thought this place was peaceful and the food was decent. However, once I met the owner I felt she was rude. I was meeting a... friend there for lunch and we were literally sitting outside enjoying the day and the view when she came outside to inform usthat we had to leave because it was closing. Didn't quite understand why we had to leave at that very moment as we were notinside the shop. We were in the process of wrapping it up when she abruptly came out again and said you have to leave so I willnot be recommending this establishment to anyone else nor will I return.. Customer services everything...So In Response to theowners response: Maybe you should have taken the time to look at my profile picture because I've only been to your shop twiceobviously you're confusing me with another person that did not like your service!! The owner Anna Sweetnam was so kind and welcoming on this first visit. The menu has many healthy and plant based options as well... as many meals for those wanting meat. The hibiscus ???? tea was fresh and delicious ????. Loved the decor as it felt warm andfriendly. Indoor and outdoor seating options are great. Read more
