Bad customer service. I witnessed a female employee here with short blonde hair give a nasty attitude to a guest who was asking... a simple question about her drink. On two occasions, one week apart, I?ve witnessed this young chick give poor service anduncalled for attitude towards guests. Next time I will get her name and update this review. Read more
They must be high all the time because they always mess up orders. Uber eats picked up a sandwich that was missing egg (just... sausage in a croissant), instead of the donuts they gave me a box of plain munchkins that had a few hairs on top, and 1 out of 3drinks that were supposed to have ice had ice. Not sure what they are smoking but this is the norm apparently. Read more
The coffee was not hot and that was the worst apple fritter I have ever gotten from any Dunkin Donuts. It was overcooked, almost... burnt. Read more
I've ordered from here a few times and the coffee is always good even though these girls seem to hate their life here. However,... the reason for two stars is because today I ordered an iced coffee with cold foam, additional $$ of course, and 1 - they forgotthe cold foam so I had to go back and ask for it, and 2 - I watched her squirt whipped cream from the can on top of my drink,whipped cream is free... Aggravating because that's not what I ordered and I paid additional. It even says cold foam on thesticker on the side of my cup... Read more
It was really good, I bought frozen coffee and some donuts here. ???? they made my frozen coffee perfect.
I order breakfast on the app for pick up. I ordered two orange juices which they were out of but the app didn't notify. I had to... choose from the bottle drinks they did have none that I liked but was forced. I asked for a refund or credit and the managertold me they are unable to do that. But you can take tender for something you don't have? I had absolutely no choice as I wasnot losing $5 because you didn't provide what I purchased. The manager is rude and not helpful. This is a really good sounds and Harrison and ginne were really nice and fun to talk to and it was a great experience
