I love this Jet's! I've worked at another Jet's for over a year so I know their standards and this place goes above and... beyond. The staff is polite and helpful and Nick deserves manager of the year! Give this man a raise! The text-to-orderservice never works for me but 95% of the time if I call in and let them know that they still give me the 20% discount. Theingredients are top notch and they are super fast for pickup and even delivery! I've only had a delivery take longer than 20minutes once and that was because it was raining and deliveries are always slower when it rains. All in all, love this Jet'sPizza. If you like Jet's you love this location and if you've never had Detroit Style Deep Dish, then I highly recommend thattonight for dinner, you order an Eight-Corner Extra Pepperoni with Turbo Crust, a side of Triple Cheese Turbo Sticks and abottle of their amazing homemade ranch (best ranch EVA!). Not good customer service at the palm harbor jets pizza. I walked in to place an order I wasn't greeted and all of my coworkers... eat at jets pizza they usually get the 2 slices of pizza and a drink and our store even buys pizza for the whole intire staffevery other month for the employees, when I asked for the 2 slices of pizza and drink she told me they stop it at 3:00 pm sheacted like she didn't want to wait on me and wanted to get rid of me, she did not offer anything else to satisfy me as acustomer, so I called another jets in Dunedin they were very nice and said they do the 2 slices all day everyday so I drove allthe way to Dunedin for the customer service I didn't get from palm harbor and I will let my boss know to close the account withjets pizza in palm harbor their loss Read more
Deep dish is very good, thick, cheesy and greasy. Was disappointed in the New York style, it's basically just a thin crust,... and not that great, didn't resemble a NY pizza to me at all. They are generous with the toppings, but if you don't have aspecial or coupon code it is VERY expensive for what it is. Can eat at a proper pizza place for that price. Employees arealways nice, but I'll probably stop going as it's not worth the price. Read more
The person taking the orders was of no assistance at all. Unfortunately he did not understand what type of pizza I wanted. It... was such a hassle trying to order just to get the 20% off that I went elsewhere ???????????? We love Jets pizza 2 and have nothad it for over 4 years, but I was in that area and thought I'd surprise my husband!?
