Just had a wonderful dinner at Massimo’s, with very moderate expectations and was blown away. You roll into the place and... don’t expect much, but be prepared to enjoy a wonderful meal, with wonderful service and an amazing atmosphere. Our server Rayguided us through an excellent dinner, course after course. We tried the crab/lobster cake, which was great, but the inner wasthe Brie and duck! It was rich, decadent and flavorful. For entrees we ordered the truffle paperdelle and the elk chop, bothperfectly prepared with tons of flavor. To finish it off we indulged in the Tiramisu and the Torta. Both were excellent! It's okay. The eggplant Parm was the best and that's not saying a lot. Dated food. I wouldn't be shocked if the lobster on top... of my lobster ravioli came out of a can as it was tough, and fishy. The bread that comes with the meal was stale, the butterwas good though. Staff was off-putting. Read more
