Shogun is my favorite hibachi restaurant in the area. This cute Japanese Restaurant located in Palm Harbor has fast service and... a great atmosphere. The hibachi has perfectly seasoned chicken and vegetables with fried rice (choice of soup or salad too) allfor $15 including tax. The lunch specials run from 11-3 Monday thru Saturday and are very popular. You can get delivery fromDoordash in under an hour and not even leave your house. This is one of my favorite Japanese restaurants in the area. Have been about a dozen times and the food is always excellent.... Love their chicken teriyaki and shrimp teriyaki dishes. They have a huge menu! They have amazing sushi rolls, always fresh andflavorful. Their US 19 sushi roll is out of this world! Love this place!! My Husband and I order through UberEats weekly for our date night and no one has topped their sushi on quality... and freshness,this place is truly the best! Just moved to the area and was looking for a Sushi place for my weekly Friday sushi treat. Ordered from here based on reviews... and I couldn't possibly be angrier at everyone who gave this place anything higher than 1 star. First off we ordered fordelivery. Half my order was ignored, no message, no communication, just ignored. The rolls were loaded with filler that notonly covered up what little flavor the small amounts of fish were in each roll, but left everyone feeling bloated and sick. The1 piece of Salmon Sashimi that they did give us smelled fishy and had a slimy texture. I am not a food critic but I do considermyself a sushi expert and eat it atleast once a week. I have had it across the country and around the world and I can saywithout a doubt this is the worst sushi resturaunt that is out there that doesn't also sell gasoline. Stay away from here!!!! First time coming here. We wanted to try someplace new and came here based on the written reviews online. Went on Valentine's... Day and they had lovely decorations for the occasion. It is a very spacious, clean, nicely layed out restaurant. We had 2appetizers and 2 full Hibachi Dinners. The miso soup was hot and delicious and the salad was very fresh and the homemade gingerdressing was exceptional! Honestly everything was so fresh and delicious! Very ample servings. For me, next time I will ordersauces on the side as the sauce it was cooked in was a little to heavy for me, but that's just me. Hubs loved that!... Theirfried rice is very unique. I've never had fried rice like it before. It was flavorful but light!..... We'll be back again andhope that other's will give it a try. Oh.... the server's are excellent! Very kind and attentive.
