I had the Steak Burrito ???? Supreme and it was so good!! First time I tried it. Also A Mango Ice Tea and it was awesome.
OPEN YOUR DINING ROOM!!! We've tried to dine in here atleast 5 times over the past few weeks (cheap, fast lunches during our... lunch break at work) during normal business hours and the doors are locked. We drive a tall work van that can't go through thedrive through so we end up having to go somewhere else!!!! Come on! Its ridiculous that it happens this often. Get your stufftogether Taco Bell! Tried to go inside and inside closed at 1 pm, RIDICULOUS, there has been numerous times tried going to Taco Bell to eat inside... and closed, only drive-thru open. Done with them, just another fast food place I will no longer go to. And they want $15hr, whata joke!!! Read more
Food was cold, wrong and looked gross. Couldn?t understand the pushy person on the speaker and was charged wrong.
I've been a Taco Bell customer for over 25 years. I've been going to this locations drive thru to bring home lunch for over 5... years because I now live 5 minutes from it. On 8//3/22 the wife and I didn't have the kids and decided to get Taco Bell fordinner (we only order the steak or chicken for the meats). I decided to get with the times and downloaded and ordered from theapp. The app says to tell them your name at the drive thru and they will "start" to prepare your order. We didn't leaveimmediately after placing the order. We only counted the items for accuracy before leaving. When we got home we realized it wasobvious they started our order MUCH earlier than us arriving at the drive thru. We ordered $30 worth of crunchy tacos and achalupa (which is also supposed to have a crunch). Everything was so soggy that it had to be eaten with a fork. It was reallygross. The submitted my experience in detail on the app the next day and requested to be contacted. Two weeks later and Ihaven't heard anything yet. I haven't been back here since, and won't go back until the wrong is righted. Fyi to the public,don't order from the app for this location. Everyone knows you need to eat Taco Bell fresh. Fyi upper management, my order # was975211. 8/26 I updated the stars from one to four, although I feel like it should only be three because of what it took to gethere. I submitted a very complete survey with commentary via the app, and requested to be contacted. The app actually asked if Iwanted to be contacted regarding the issue. Nobody ever contacted me. That's why the issue escalated to leaving the one starGoogle review. Mistakes happen, it's what's done to make them right that matters. A week after leaving the above review, TacoBell contacted me and refunded my order. Hence the upgraded review. Thank you Taco Bell. Outstanding service! The young lady at the counter did an amazing job assisting me, but who really stood out to me was a young... man named Lukas. Lukas was extremely respectful and helpful when asked what a good option on the menu was. He seemed to berecommending great specials, and kept a smile on his face. He even helped clean up because I spilled my drink all over. Tacobell, whatever you're doing, AMAZING!! Love to see helpful and friendly employees!!!! keep up the good work Lukas. Read more

This is the saddest Taco Bell. Even the KFC / Taco Bell that used to be in Oldsmar offered better food than this location.... Whatever you order, it's guaranteed to be wrong. Whatever you receive will be the most anemic portions slapped together in themost haphazard way you will have to play a guessing game trying to figure out what you actually got. After tonight, never again.We will drive to Dunedin or Safety Harbor, or maybe just give up on Taco Bell completely. Ridiculous. Read more
