Glad I didn't read the reviews before stopping in here because their food is great. Every Westshore I've been in has always good... food but this one is above and beyond. Ordered a Philly Cheesesteak and asked for it all the way. The girl working asked me afew questions then said, How about I make you one the way I like it? This is what DOUBLE TOMATO looks like for Westshore Pizza. I absolutely hate this place but my dad loves it. Although this may... be the last time for him. I even called this time and explained that every time we ask (and pay) for double tomato we get lessthan 1 portion of it. The guy said he would make sure that we get it. This is the result. It was good service, very fast and the girl from register was very nice to us. The crust of pizza was good, onion was raw and... bell green pepper with mushroom were lightly cooked. They should cook it more, couse it tasted like fresh salad on pizza dough.Not okay. Interior was ugly. 3 stars just becouse of good girl, who works there. She did her best! Updating: Recently weordered Calzone here and it was soooooo good! It was huge for 2 people, but I just can`t stop eat! That was super tasty. Creamyricotta, ham and mozzarella. Yam-yam! First I would like to say we order from Westshore Pizza for many years now, never have we had a problem with the customer... service. I called and was immediately put on hold for almost 10 minutes when I called back I asked if they were busy and abouthow long it would be for delivery because she said yeah we?re busy and then said what do you want. I reiterated I need to knowhow long it?s going to take just a rough timeframe and she just very abruptly said ?normal time what do you want?. I gave her myorder she said wait and went off the phone for a little bit and came back and said cash or charge and I said are you speaking tome now and she said yes very nasty and at that point I said why are you being so aggressive I?m just trying to order a pizza.She said you?re the one that?s being rude LOL I told her to cancel my order she said fine and hung up on me. I eventually calledback and asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager. She put me on the phone with somebody else who was morethan polite took my order gave a timeframe for delivery it literally took her about a minute to get my order in and let me knowthe food will be there in about 45 minutes. Worst customer serviceI ever had with the first lady and the next lady was excellentat her job. With that said westshore pizza is delicious and awesome but you need a new manager!!! P.S. it?s been about sixmonths since we have been at Westshore pizza and decided to give it another try whoever answered the phone was very charming andpromptly took our order and as always the food was delicious.
