We ate here for the first time tonight. Knowing it was fairly new we expected some growing pains. We had 3 separate servers see... us, all telling us they weren't our server, but they'd help us out. They were very nice but seemed confused on who was actuallytaking care of us. The food was good, however I saw on a few reviews the wings aren't tossed in sauce the sauce is poured over.Since it was brought up a few times I figured it was addressed but our wings came with sauce poured over top and underneathcompletely naked. Also they gave us 15 out of our order of 16 wings. Service was also very slow, again I'm attributing to theconfusion. We were there probably an hour and a half. Overall food was 4/5 but not sure if we'd return at this point. Read more

Just tried their food after they opened yesterday. Exceptional. I had grouper sandwich and curly fries. Very clean atmosphere,... food was great, the service from the employees did very well. Several beers on tap. TV on the walls everywhere to watch sports.Next time I am in the Tampa Bay Area, I will be stopping in. Today (August 12, 2022), I had the Philli Cheese sandwich based ona recommendation. A nice hint of garlic and it was superb. Consistently good. I?ll be back. Read more

Great atmosphere and service! The menu has a lot of options. The boneless wings were a little over cooked and hard but the bone... in wings were really good. We will be back to try more items. Read more

Seems as if management just truly doesn?t care what comes out of the kitchen nor the service. These are ?boneless wings hot??. 3... drops of hot sauce on these things and they charge you to get an extra side of hot sauce!!! - Fries are soggy - Wings come withno sauce (How can you be wings etc but can?t even toss your wings properly in sauce??????? LAZY!) - Service is absolutelyhorrendous. 30 minutes to get drinks, 30 minutes to order food, 30 minutes to get your check, 30 minutes to get your card back?.Be prepared to waste 2-3 hours here even if they aren?t busy what so ever. Have tried it 5+ times and never fails todisappoint. Management needs to get a grip on this place before it goes out of business. Could be something great if someonewould hold people to standards. Management - open your eyes and read your reviews!!!! Read more

We ate at Wings Etc. tonight and it was not a positive experience. The one positive I can say was that the restaurant was clean.... We had Mackenzie as our server. We got drinks rather quickly but then had to wait and ask our server for menus. After we gotour menus we waited about another 30 minutes to be able to place our order. At this time our server went to other tables thatcame in after us and took their orders before ours when we had our menus down and waiting. We ordered boneless wings and theLoaded cowboy burger. The wings were not tossed in sauce rather it was just poured on top of them. They were ok but having totry and spread the sauce out over them myself made them a pain to eat. The loaded cowboy burger at no where on the menu does itstate that it comes with mayo on it. As the person that ordered it can?t eat mayo we would have made sure to say no mayo. Wealso asked for the BBQ sauce to be on the side. When the burger arrived it had Mayo and BBQ sauce on the burger and bun. Theperson who ordered the meal could not eat it. The waitress came back about 15 minutes later to check on us. When we said it hadmayo she admitted and said ?sorry, I must have said to put mayo because I had some other people order it that way. At NO pointdid she offer to have the kitchen remake it or ask if we wanted something else. I had one person leave with out eating at all.We paid $13.99 for a meal that wasn?t eaten. The establishment should also invest in ash trays for the front walk way for whenyou have smokers that visit your place. Noticed several cigarette butts on the ground out front because there is no ash tray toplace them in. Read more

We tried this new place today. I didn't realize it was a chain, but it was pretty decent. The mild sauce on the wings was so... mild it might not even be considered buffalo. The garlic sauce was good, but the lime-pepper was fabulous. The burger was good, but the veggies were just cut up peppers and two slices of cucumbers. Pretty sad. Overall it was good and I'd come back, although for 24 wings and a burger after tip it was nearly $65 with no drinks. Read more

We have been waiting patiently for this place to open as it is very close to the house. We visited Sunday night and we have to... be honest, it was kind of a mixed bag... The menu make you want to try Everything! We had a brand new server, Megan M., who wasboth pleasant and personable! She was nervous, and really seemed to be trying! We ordered drinks from the bar, must be a newbartender also as the drinks were mediocre... My wife wanted wings, Oh sorry, we are out... What?? It's a WING Place!!??? Icetea? Sorry, we're out... ?? Tater tots... Sorry, we're out... Over heard waitresses talking... "we're almost out of hamburgerbuns.... Guess they have had a great response to the restaurant opening!! So my wife ordered pretzel bites, with an upgrade tothe beer cheese dip (extra $1.09), but worth it! Then nachos, save your money - almost no flavor, except for the jalapenos, andloaded with red beans! I ordered the BBQ burger with the pulled pork and onion rings on it - Really Good!! Great flavors andcooked Perfectly!!! I guess we will have to wait for them to work out the kinks and maybe try this place again down theroad..... Read more
