today, I placed an order here, I paid and received in return old hard and cold French Fries ! So I called and asked to speak to... the manager, someone answered me in a very rude way, go ahead! I then ask if these the person in charge, he answer me yes! Iexplain the situation to him, he then asks me to be patient and puts me on hold for more than 25 minutes without resuming thecall! this very unpleasant and disrespectful person should not work at Carls Jr! furious at what came from this past, I leftfor the restaurant on foot since I don't have a vehicle, then I waited outside since no one wanted to leave the restaurant! after 20 minutes of waiting an employee came to meet me, telling me that the manager had left! I asked for his name, he refusedto give it to me! so either it was the Manager on the phone who disrespected me and acted very badly, or these employees on thespot who passed for the manager! they only refunded me the 2 French Fries , not even all of my order for the inconveniencecaused and the unacceptable behavior! so since these as well, you lose me as a customer! I would never set foot in your houseagain! and you are a disgrace to the brand you represent! Read more
Dropped by on 7/8 a little before closing, the cashier at the drive through was patient, respectful and quick.
Long lines until after 6 or so. I love In-N-Out just don't like long lines. The lines are shorter here than the one in Thousand... Palms. My average time in the Drive-Thru is about 20 minutes but I go after 6 Read more

My experience here at this Carl's Jr was great since I got my order relatively fast and everything came out well and the service... was very fast and staff were respectful. Very nice place to go get some delicious cheeseburgers and shakes. Read more
This is the third time I?ve gone and my food was cold and disappointing. I literally got french fries that deserve to be in the... trash majority of them were the little broken pieces and it looked like just the last load that should?ve been thrown away. Idon?t see how hard it is to make a fresh order especially when you?re spending almost $20 on a meal from fast food. Read more
The restaurant was clean and not too busy at the time. There was no wait to place the order and using a coupon was easy, the... order was placed quickly and properly. The food came out as expected, actually better. Very flavorful, properly cooked andquickly served. I found myself going through and finishing my food quickly almost looking for more, very impressed with theoverall quality, not just the food but the restaurant cleanliness, the flavor of the soft drinks and the staff being quick andprompt when I requested additional sauces. Not too long ago I'd find myself having mixed experiences, some good some bad; butrecently at this Carl's junior and many others in the area my experiences have been mostly good. I order through the mobile app with the points I have and my order did go through and was supposedly in the making but, the... workers there didn?t even work on my food because the machine didn?t say my order it was super bad service. I do not recommendusing mobile order because you don?t want through go through the same experience I did. Read more
