I hate vegan food - but I have to say after spending a few days with my vegan friends here and almost coming here daily - I can... see and feel the difference in my body and I have to say this place almost converted me - their selection is amazing and thequality of food is super fresh - there isn?t a lot of seating so u have to share or wait outside or to expect there just may notbe seating - but it is excellent quality. Highly recommend. We have eaten here twice and have enjoyed everything we had tried thus far. Vegans and non vegans alike in our... group were delighted by the flavors and textures. The Cuban is the perfect combo of flavors and we really liked the cabbage onit. The bahn mi was great, really liked the way the tofu was prepared. The taco salad was amazing. Their Cubano sandwich is the BOMB!!!! So flipping yummy! Every time I come down to Palm Springs I swing by Chef Tanya's for a... Cubano, which they put plenty of mayonnaise on when I ask for extra mayo ???? They sometimes kinda mess up my brother's orderof the Cubano, with no mayonnaise and adding a sauce they carry, but other than that, the food I've tried here has all beendelicious, but I'm definitely on a Cubano kick at the moment ???? Absolutely one of the best places in Palm Springs for VEGAN carry out! Their menu has a wide variety of soups, sandwiches, and... salads, as well as side options. There is a store at their location selling all kinds of organic frozen and prepared foods, andcanned goods, etc. A great place to shop for those hard to find vegan foods. Also, they have prepared sandwiches and salads forpickup, if you didn?t have time to call in or order online for pickup. If you want to have your meal at this location, there isa small dining room and restrooms in the adjacent building. I had the Rueben sandwich, which was amazing, and the Moroccancauliflower salad. I ordered online, and picked up about 10 minutes later. The staff was friendly and helpful. Prices arereasonable. We will definitely be returning here many times! Read more
