We were super hungry so we got the Jalea Mixta ($29), which is a giant plate of fried calamari, fried shrimp, and a huge piece... of fried fish. To wash it down we got the Parilla Mixta ($65), which is a giant plate of beef, steak and skewer, chicken, andpork. It came with another giant plate of fries and salad. Service is friendly and the food is amazing. Read more

Food was great! Everything was 10/10 Amazing! Drinks on the other hand were a little sweet. I would have preferred something a... little stronger, however, I will definitely come again. Read more

Food was really good but service was so slow. We arrived a bit before 5 pm on Sunday when the tables were less than half full... inside and no one sitting outside. It took a while to place our orders and food took even longer. In between our appetizer andmain dishes, there was a 30 minute wait. It also took 15 minutes for us to get someone attention for the bill and finallypay. The ceviche de pescado (fish), parihuela (seafood in tomato broth soup) and tallarin Verde de bisteck (steak and spaghettiwith green sauce) were all delicious. The portions were nice and big as well. The wait staff was perfectly friendly andcourteous but it seems they're stretched too thin. I only saw three wait staff and over the course of the 80 minutes we werethere, multiple parties were seated but I only saw one group leave. The restaurant was nearly full by the time we left. I hopemanagement can hire more folks to help provide faster service. We were not on a time crunch tonight but that will not be thecase for all parties. It's better to have reasonable serving times and attention to guests than let everyone wait. I highlyrecommend coming for the food and be prepared for a long wait. Read more

This cute bistro has some of the best food in the desert! My husband his pollo al pobre. Huge portions but also amazing flavor... and tender grilled chicken breast. Even the plantains were the best he's had. A simple side that adds so much to the dish. Iwas surprised with the great vegetarian options. Most of the restaurants treat vegetarians as an after thought and simply offera salad or a beyond burger. This one caters to everyone who wants a delicious and filling dinner. The prices are great andeach dish that we enjoyed were definitely worth these prices. The soy meat saltado was phenomenal. The sides were perfect forthe dish as well. The sauces served with each dish were so delicious that we didn't leave any. This was our first meal at Inkabut we will be regulars now! Read more

We had dinner there while watching the light parade show. Had a great time. Food was great. Had a great table. We stayed as long... as we wanted to without pressure; even though we don't drink. Kids ate a lot. And they're picky. Read more

Inka was such a great surprise when we last visited Palm Springs! I am from Peru and eating at this restaurant was like being... back home! The flavors were very authentic. Truly amazing chef!!!! My husband is American, and he also absolutely loved thefood. I have celiac disease, and the server was great at recommending dishes that were gluten free. My husband and I agreed thatflying to Palm Springs just to eat here would totally be WORTH IT!!!!!! Read more

Cordial and helpful wait staff, but food was a mixed offering. Calamari appetizer was tasty, but a seafood entree was... uninteresting and a companion's beef entree was tasty but oddly paired with both French fries and white rice. Beverageselections were ample and included some excellent Peruvian beers. Overall, just fair, but perhaps worth another visit in hopesof landing on better entree choices Read more
