Food was dry!! Customer service was to busy in their office and on there phones to service customers. No napkins in any napkin... holders floors and tables were dirty who's ever in charge I would fire them because you're paying somebody for not doing theirjob. Read more
Just went to this location about 20 min ago, we ordered two meals and asked for ranch and hot sauce, the young lady at the drive... through window only gave us one ranch and one hot sauce, I asked for another damn ranch and she said they charge 50 cents, askedher for her name she denied and manager came out and I asked him for the ranch and he gave it to me, THAT SIMPLE ! , Basicallyshe was saying only one condiment per meal, if you want ranch that's all you get if you want to catch up that's all you get youcannot ask for ketchup and ranch together apparently. I looked on line and it says ranch is free. That lady needs training shestrying to work customers to pay more money like it's coming out of her own pockets. Rude and very bad customer service. It?s a negative star. Had to stop by to get a quick breakfast but this was the worst service... of all. Will never go back and will not recommend this place. I?ll take my money else where. Read more
Customer service is everything to a business. This restaurant does not have good customer service. My family and I ordered... chicken nuggets and an Oreo shake through drive-thru. The cashier was quite rude (no courtesy like hello, thank you). Sherefused to give me her name and seemed unhappy to receive our business. It all started with the speaker system (difficult tohear and order, and a bit of a wait). Then we asked for another bbq sauce, which we did not mind paying the 22cents for. Iasked her name because I did not see a name tag, and I planned to write a review as I always do. She told me she does not haveto give me her name or the Manager's name. To prevent holding up the line, I just went inside and spoke to the manager directlyabout the cashier's unprofessionalism. Our breakfast sandwiches were good. Had to return my hash brown patty cause some sections of it were too dry, hollow, &... overcooked. Was given a fresh one without a problem. Good that we had a discount coupon, otherwise the regular price would havebeen outrages for the portions. Read more
Quality seems to be dropping. Speed of service getting worse. I went through the drive though 4 times this week. EVERYTIME I was... told to pull around the building and they would take it out to me. I only ordered 2 chicken sandwiches. 1 time no one was behindme in line. The 3rd time I asked the kid who brought my food out why this is happening. Walked into the restroom and there was a worker at the urinal visibly peeing on the floor looked straight at me, shook whatever... was on his hand off his hand (presumably urine) and walked right out the door with out washing his hands.
