I never ate a pizza like that. It’s a shame to be able to serve food like that, overcooked on the top, not at all on the... bottom, I asked for extra cheese and that what arrived on the table!!!!! All this for $18! I use to go few times per year andprices and quality were ok, but it appears that they change their policy. A fast food is 5 times better for half of the price. Read more
Disney food from 1990s. This would be the best way to describe the food at Lulu and even Disney has moved on. Any online sites... or publications promoting Lulu as a place to eat at in Palm Springs is living in a different world. The Minestrone soup has zerotaste and was basically vegetables and water. And to make things worse, service is completely lackluster. I had reservationsand pre-advised on the food allergies of one of our guests. Yes, there were many allergies but any cook can work around this.Our guest ordered one of the safest options and what she was served was a Turkey burger patty with half a head of iceberglettuce. No pickles, no avocado…. Nothing. The server did not even ask. And the accompanying salad - a bowl of choppedromaine. No dressing. No cucumbers. We eventually asked for olive oil and balsamic. No balsamic and we had to ask for some lemonto make our own dressing. Reading how Lulu responds to other reviews, don’t expect them to take the feedback and use it toimprove anything. But this review is for anyone thinking of eating here. Keep your expectations very, very low. Read more
It was beautiful weather to sit out door the vibe was chill waiter was good looking, it was a whole vibe Food was flavorful the... lemon drop martini was made strong and sweet all in one and the fries were awesome the panini was flavorful such a greatexperience didn’t have to ask for more water food didn’t take too long. Came here yesterday during my first visit to palm springs and had a wonderful experience. I arrive with 2 friends and they were... very accommodating. They checked vaccination cards upon arrival and required masks upon entry. We ordered a variety of drinksand entrees and everyone seemed to enjoy their orders. Our server was excellent and very personable. Would definitely recommenddining here! I was pleasantly surprised with Lulu's in downtown Palm Springs thinking it was going to be a bit touristy andover priced. The menu, including a Vegan Menu provided for my friend, had a wide variety of food and drinks to order. Everyone'sdinner and drinks were absolutely delicious and priced cheaper than I anticipated. My family and I were in Palm Springs for a very short visit. There were 15 of us. It was a difficult visit as our father had... just passed away. The restaurant and especially Ramon were amazing with accommodating us and creating a wonderful atmosphere togather, reflect and eat excellent food. We never felt rushed and they went as far as to set up a special table for us. Thankyou again Ramon for all your special and personal thoughts and blessings throughout the evening and the surprise cotton candy atthe end of our meal! :) You were the perfect waiter and the staff that assisted you was extremely attentive as well. My wife and I wanted to enjoy a wonderful Christmas meal out and we selected Lulu‘s because of his dog friendly patio and... their wonderful food. They had a special Christmas menu which was fantastic, and the service that we had was amazing. At the endof our meal the manager came up to talk to us for a little bit about how we enjoyed our meal which we told him it was great, weeven got to see Grinch while we were there. Read more

Wow! Lulu Catering & Events did a PERFECT job catering our wedding reception in a public park in Palm Springs! Every food item... was delicious, the table settings were beautiful, and we also had them provide really gorgeous flowers at every table. Wereceived SO many compliments about the food and the beautiful setting they created for us.
