I don?t expect much from McDonald?s besides providing quick service and half-way decent food. But, I?m going out of my way to... let you know that this is where homeless people hang out. This Is The Only McDonald?s I Know From Most Of Them,Where They Repeat Your Order To You Twice And Yet Still Manage To Get It Wrong! Amazing Honestly, How Often It Happens. I AskedFor A GM Number, And They Refused To Give Me The Number, But One Of The Employees Named Carlos Working Tonight Stated That HeCould Give Me A 1800 Number To Call Yet Gave Me A 760 Number. I Hope The Manager?s That Are ?In Charge? Love Mickie D for along time, always great coustermer service, just wish what I ordered looked like the pictures on the menu.
I tried to be nice on my last review, but nice only gets you so far! The employees are consistantly incompatent and management... at this pace is beyond horrid. Time after time, the managers here gossip about customers and have zero desire to make thecustomer happy because work is for the peons even if the customer's frustrations are entirely the fault of them and or theiremployees. Customer service is the worst! Doesn't matter if you go in or drive through.. Manager had hickies on his neck and the girl in... the drive through was rushing me with attitude! Like where did I just come to??! There even told my daughter that their coffeewasn't real and they don't have decaf..WTH?? Read more
