In this case scenario... Where's the chicken? I found a slither of it. The chicken tenders have more bread then chicken itself.... No wonder a picky eater would like these! For the amount you pay and wait, it's not worth it. But if your craving the Sweet Teaand their toast, I get it. Read more

This was my 1st experience and visit to a Canes 8-19-22 around 640pm ....and sadly I will bever return to this location. I... ordered two sandwich combos and let the cashier know that I couldn't have seeds on the bun because of a medical condition. Thecashier offered the Texas Toast instead of the bun so I got that. Also asked for fries well done for both combos. Low and beholdthe Texas toast also has seeds on it...I explained to the tall older gentleman that I thought was the manager whom was handingme my food the situation and asked if there was any bread with no seeds....he simply said "oh Noooooo" and that was it. Noapology for messing up the order or for their employees not knowing the menu correctly. No offer to switch it to a differentitem ....nothing..... I took a seat and picked off all the seeds one by one and ate it...The only reason you got a second staris because I am fair minded and the taste of the chicken was good and fresh. The fries however were not well done like I askedfor .....so they didn't do that either. This place needs a serious lesson in customer service management.....we were so excitedto try you out....so disappointed. In my long life I have only not given 5 stars to a place maybe 4 times...but they earnedthier bad rating today. Read more

Gotta love that Cane's sauce! Such a simple menu but they do it well. Seasoned crispy fried chicken tenders dipped in a spicy... thousand island-like dressing. Yum. Read more

The chicken was moist and tender but bland. The sauce was okay but only one choice. The fries and toast were good the coleslaw... mushy and need a more zing Read more

I went to see what all they hype was about. The chicken was good, the tenders were kind of small in my opinion but still tasted... good. I love the fries and wanted more Texas toast. Read more

Food and service are 5 stars, for sure! Fresh and crispy fries and chicken fingers served by an enthusiastic, cooperative team... in a clean and well run establishment. Why one less star? Because parking lot ingress (as in if you want to park and go insideto order) is almost impossible when there are more than a few cars in the drive-thru. It is just not a very good design, buthey, that may not even be their fault. Might be just the best that could be done in the space allotted. Anyway, we lovevisiting Raising Cane's for a fun lunch. Thanks for the goodness! Read more

First time eating at raising canes. I figured since they opened one close to home id give it a try. Drive through line was long... so we decided to dine it. Wait time wasn't long as they were pretty good with putting out the orders. I stuffed my texas toastalmost making like a hotdog but with chicken, sauce, and coleslaw. I say you get extra toast and fries. Make sure you don't skipout on your experience. Overall food was amazing and staff did a great job. Read more

Food is consistent in comparison with other locations. The staff is hit and miss with competence. Some you can tell appreciate... the job and others seem to loathe being there. The left lane had more order takers therefor moves twice as fast which isfrustrating if you're in the right lane. I won't be returning, I'll keep it the treat it always was at other more well thoughtout locations with much better employees. Read more
