The food here is so unique and full of flavor! The verbage used on the menu can be confusing and every menu item has long,... descriptive names (which makes ordering a mouthful) but everything on the menu is well thought out and absolutely delicious. The wait is a bit long, so prepare yourself. However, the food is well worth the wait. Service was good. Good selection of... beverages and food. Enjoyed our food at Rooster and the Pig. Saigon 76 cocktail is a must try and we enjoyed the shrimp spring rolls, five spice... chicken, sauteed eggplant, and a beef dish. Place can get busy and does not take reservations. Stood in line even before theyopened but enjoyed our meal! Read more
We googled to make a decision to try in this restaurant. Generally speaking, it is ok. We arrived at 5:15pm, and saw the long... line here. We are so excited and expected to have a try. The eggplant is too salty for us, but tastes good. While it?s a bigdifference with the portage and the picture that customers posted. Besides, they forgot to put a bow of rice for takingout?Generally speaking, we feel disappointed. Great place for a date night dinner. No reservations are accepted so be prepared for a wait. Atmosphere is nice and modern,... though they could do with AC in the restaurant area. Outside dining is also possible. Beer menu is limited, three choices ofbeer on tap and three in cans. Food is made well and full of flavour. Portion sizes are slightly on the smaller side so for twopeople consider two share dishes plus a starter or three share dishes. Service is friendly and the servers know the menu well. Read more
