The single worst experience I've ever had a restaurant. You walk in, and no one greets you - you finally see someone in a... football shirt and she said TWO? We said yes, she handed us 2 menus and turned away. The waiter(??) was next to useless. He tookmy order, turned to another table, took their order. Returned with their drinks. He said the waitress would bring me my beer.She didn't. After she delivered 5 other orders, I managed to get her attention by yelling at her. She said, want another? I mean - come on! The burgers were awful. Obviously the chef has never heard of salt. Dry, no sauce, no relish, no pickle, 3 day oldbuns. The soup had a skin over it, and tasted terrible. Welp found another spot that is a diamond in the rough. I’ve always found the neighborhood bars are good and this spot did... not disappoint. Our server Matt was great but the bartenders were exceptional. I’m he man had an old fashioned and I had aManhattan. Both were exceptional. Great food, great service! We ordered the big wow (their one pound burger), and it was both “big” and made us “wow.” It... is kind of pricey, but you get a lot of burger for the price; it is big! It tastes wonderful; it was very juicy! We also ordereda cheese burger, which was also great! The chili cheese fries are very good as well. They also have some good options for beeron tap, from name brands to local beers, so you have a good selection. I ate here recently and my partner and I had a great experience! We tried a few of the happy hour bites, a burger, a Coachella... Valley Brewing Company beer and the Pear Margarita. I work in Palm Springs and use to order here to eat at least once every 2 weeks. However, after yesterday, we will not be... back. We ordered online, and one of my coworkers (that was on a long lunch) came back right after we placed the order. Anothercoworker called and asked to add on the burger. Apparently, the person on the phone was extremely rude. My supervisor went topick up the food for us, and when she came back, she said the staff was short with her. She also wanted to check all of the foodbecause she didn't trust the added on burger. Well, that burger was fine but the other ones, not so much. The burger I orderedhad what looked like a bite mark out of the bun. My supervisors burger was extremely burnt on one side. We decided to not riskanything and trashed all the food. We called to inform a manager to at least get some money back, but it went straight tovoicemail. We called again a while later and the person on the phone was extremely defensive when I tried to explain it lookedlike there was a bit out of the burger. They kept arguing (which is fair) but they said "I have to talk to a person to see ifyou can even get a refund since this was done online." No one has called me back as of yet. Here's the pictures.
