I spent a week in Palm Springs and I frequently went to this Starbucks. The staff were ultra friendly- asking where I was... visiting from and engaging in genuine conversations, they all took the time to make the atmosphere top notch! The Coffeeeverytime was amazing, the samples and free iced water were a great extra service, I have nothing bad to say about this amazingStarbucks. Nice but very busy location. They really need to expand to provide more seating.
Staff are great, they take the time to greet you, and enjoy a conversation and ask where you are from. There is 0... pretentiousness, it is a very friendly, calm and inviting space. Oh and great coffee, love the added touch of free samples andfree iced water on those hot days! Somehow, this created a great highlight of my trip. Thank you to all staff! Great experience! Expected a long wait due to the crowd but they were a well oiled machine. While waiting the manager gave us... samples of their reserve coffee. The place was very clean, drinks were cutely made, a difference with a reserve Starbucks.Enjoyed the experience as much as the drink. Read more
Great location so it very busy, I highly suggest preordering through the app and then walking over. Got two lattes and a nitro... cold brew with light sweet cream. Walking distance from the Hyatt & customer service was great even though they?re getting foottraffic all day. Read more
The "reserve" coffee is fabulous! I had the E20 reserve "Pour over" ... There is a nice outdoor patio. It is often very busy at... this location, and today was no exception. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because they lost my order, so Iwaited 30 minutes before I inquired about my drink only to learn that they were unaware of it. But they gave me a free coffeecoupon and the deliciousness of the brew made up for the error. :) Read more
On a quick overnight trip to Palm Springs I went to this Starbucks twice. Both times were not up to the Starbucks customer... service standard. The first visit, when I went back for a refill on coffee, I was told that I could not use my reusable cupbecause it had been "used" ... this was an odd conversation that I have not encountered at any other Starbucks. Of course my cupwas "used" ... you just put coffee in it 30 minutes ago ... bizarre. So I got a refill in a paper cup and washed my cup in thebathroom for the next time. Day two when I went back, 1 hour after opening, I was told there was not enough dark roast to giveme a cup of coffee. I asked if they could do a "pour over" ... this led to another weird conversation where I was told theycould do a pour over of their specialty coffee for $5. I asked if they could do a pour over of the dark roast that they didn'thave enough of (Christmas blend), and was told no. I then asked if they would be brewing more of the Christmas blend. They said,"yes" ... I asked, how long will it be? They said, a few minutes. I said I'm happy to wait. Five minutes later I had my cup ofcoffee in my "clean" reusable cup. Aside from the strange customer service, this Starbucks is gorgeous. It has a mid-centurymodern vibe. The patio has a great view and there is plenty of seating inside and outside. I did try a specialty coffee and itwas delicious. Read more
