Just delicious. Gold Rush, a raspberry margarita (season fruit) and the Lote 44 Malbec to drink. We had the calamari, braised... ribs and mushroom fettuccine for dinner. So savory and a chill atmosphere. Definitely would dine here again on our next PalmSprings adventure! :) Read more
I have loved Trio for many years. I had a previous birthday party at this location with a party of over 40. I decided to bring... some out of town guests in for dinner Sunday night. Everything from the Champagne (served warm) to the wrong food being broughtout. We ordered cauliflower pizza, it came out with normal crust, Caesar's salad with no anchovies came with both anchovies ontop..tasted like the entire salad had been soaked in it. Chicken dry, the cheeseburgers were disgusting with greasy meat sliceson top of the patties, the fries were undercooked...How do you mess up a cheeseburger and fries?!?! The total was almost$400.00. Not great service and even worse food. Don't get me started on the smell of the parking lot where you enter therestaurant. My burger was good. Some kind of sweet pickles (housemade?) which I didn't care for... I should have checked beforehand. I... ordered it medium, was probably a little more on the medium rare side, but tasty. My server Terrance was a keeper. I think bothof us lightly flirted with each other, but I recommend asking for him - - he was very attentive. A pro! Read more
Not super strong on this restaurant. To be fair, we may have visited on an off night. The interior uses a lot of hard surfaces... and orange everywhere. Lighting could be improved. Seating inside, and outside, with large round tables for groups. The bar iswell stocked. Unfortunately our food was bad. The chicken piccata was very flat and did not have the zing required. The braisedshort ribs looked good but oddly 95% of the dish was fat. The restaurant did comp this dish with apologies. Read more
Always a delightful dining experience! We have been coming to the Trio restaurant for over ten years, every time we visit palm... springs CA. The food is wonderfully incentive, high quality and appealingly presented by the competent and courteous staff. Wehave never been disappointed with our dinner. One of our all time favorite restaurants! Ok, so you are supposed to take picsbefore you start eating, but it looked so great and we were hungry!! A very casual and trendy ambiance complements the good food found at Trio. Be advised, I'm told that local mandates in Palm... Springs are to blame for the requirement of proof of COVID-19 vaccination in order to eat here. I came here on a double date andeveryone found something they enjoyed, even those with dietary restrictions. I will say I was impressed with the cauliflowerpizza dough and how indecipherable from the real thing it tasted! The short rib was so tender it broke apart with each scoop ofthe fork, no knife required. For some local eats, Trio is a nice stop. Read more
Chic and fresh! Nice outdoor seating with misters -great for those hot desert days. Also clean and retro 60s decor inside.... Super nice and efficient staff. Crowded but not too loud. The food is delicious we got the Mac and cheese as a starter with the cucumber salad amazing my wife got the skirt... steak/chimichurri with potatoes that was good but the Salmon with potatoes and artichoke is a 10/10 one of the best dishes Iever had and to finish off we ended with the trio brownie and ice cream the service was entertaining fast polite and a jokesterwhich was great for us and the flavor amazing definitely recommend great music too all the hits from the early 2000s (ServerName Jay) Read more
