Amazing restaurant! Absolutely loved everything that came out and the archive was fantastic. The steak for two was super tasty... and cooked to perfection. I don't quite remember what we had for the appetizers but I do remember them being very tasty andalso just well presented as well. Overall highly recommend! Read more

The place to go if you’re looking for something extraordinary. The cocktails are gorgeous and the space is like a modern... cathedral where great food is what’s being worshipped! What I loved most is that it didn’t have a pretentious vibe — theystill manage to pull off casual somehow. The bathroom feels like France - functional and strangely ordinary. It’s the onlypart of the whole experience that didn’t match. We loved our server Jeff. He’s got the gift of likability and again —not pretentious. Read more

The decor was interesting and unique, and the service was friendly. However, I was disappointed with the food and drink. The... “Good Lion” “original cocktail” was an average old fashioned. The oyster mushrooms tasted mostly like friedbatter—could barely taste the mushrooms. My steak was a good medium rare, however the black pepper was overwhelming. Given thefood up to that point, I decided not to get desert. Considering the good online reviews, price, and strict reservationrequirements, I was hoping for much better. Read more

I had made reservations well in advance for Workshop. The meat is innovative and has a lot of farm to table items. The decor is... the highlight. Whether your in the courtyard or inside the dining room, the restaurant is stunning. I asked for an appetizerrecommendation and I’m glad I did. The server recommended the runner beans which were braised in pork. They were so rich andflavorful. So simple, yet so well done. For my entree I had the pork chop. It was perfectly cooked and came with baconmarmalade. Dessert is a must! I opted for the lemon meringue cake which came with a beet and hibiscus sauce. My only complaintabout the dessert was the cake was falling over, they were light on the sauce, and a quenelle of ice cream or sorbet would haveprovided a well rounded pairing to the cake. I had cocktails throughout my dinner. The cocktails matched the food. Innovative, clever, and well made. Read more

We flew in last night and ran over to Workshop Kitchen and Bar to grab a bite to eat. We sat at the bar where there were 3... bartenders that provided great service, conversation, suggestions and entertainment as we watched them mix drinks. The cocktailswere amazing and I am still thinking about the food the day after. We ate only off the small plate menu and it was perfect. Read more

Where do I start? Everything was top notch. The design of everything was well thought out. The restaurant itself, the menu, how... cocktails are put together…the list goes on. Dave took care of us tonight and we couldn’t have had a better experience. Theoyster mushrooms are a must. I really enjoyed the Doro Wat Chicken. Wish we saved room for dessert! Read more

My first time to Palm Springs and this was my first stop (suggested by my nearby hotel, the Triada). Very refined yet casual... vibe given the bold yet minimalist design of the place. Jeff my server was 10/10 and guided me well. The M-80 cocktail wasperfectly balanced and the fresh ginger juice was so good. The bread is worth ordering as it is perfectly charred and thetruffle butter is lightly whipped. Highly recommend the shrimp and grits, was far lighter and more crunchy than I expected.Perfect blend of spices and the shrimp was cooked optimally. Crowd was younger and stylish (tho I came around 830 PM). Highrecommend! Read more

One of the best restaurants that we have visited in Palm Springs so far! We sat on their patio area for dinner, and enjoyed the... relaxed and unhurried atmosphere, as well as the prompt and very friendly service. Their menu has many choices for vegetariansand meat eaters alike. We had the oyster mushroom and the beet salad appetizers, and both were excellent. For dinner, we bothhad the salmon that was very well prepared with a crispy skin. The food presentation was excellent. I was happy with theirextensive wine list, also. It is a little more expensive than some other local restaurants, but worth the price. It’s apopular place, so be sure to make reservations. We will definitely return here again sometime. Read more
