Great atmosphere and service. We were here on Pride weekend and it was really busy. But the staff handled it well. We had a... hiccup with one of our dishes. It was cold and was not our flavor. They took it back and had it removed from the bill. That isthe way that restaurants should handle this problem but so many don’t. We will definitely be back! Read more
This was an amazing dinner from every aspect. First, massive wine cellar. We went with the 2018 Hobbs Malbec and it didn't... disappoint. Our mains were the duck with exquisite scalloped potatoes, prepared in such a unique way. We also had the steak andfrites (best fries in town). Chip, our server was attentive, made strong recommendations, and was a delight. The chef came outto deliver the delicious cheesecake with balsamic reduction and a brulee'd top to make the meal absolute perfection. Excellentchoice if you can make it. Read more
Bradley took excellent care of me here. The oysters were fantastic, the ambience is perfect to relax and enjoy. The only issue... I had was my burger was over cooked and had no flavor at all. But it filled me up and I was also very tired. It could have justbeen that. Zin American bistro is an awesome gastro pub and wine bar if you’re looking for a laid back and modern meal inPalm Springs. I ordered a wedge salad, fried chicken and sorbet. The items that were good… the lettuce for my wedge salad was crispy but the... dressing was gross and had like a few bacon bits sprinkled on top. Don’t get it. My fried chicken was gross, it was sitting ina pool of goo and was soggy. Barely any meat, the mashed potatoes were cold but the cream of spinach was really good! Finally mysorbet. Had dinner with my daughter & granddaughters. Enjoyed a before dinner cocktail, Gin Aviator, very refreshing. We shared a bottle... of red wine with dinner. Staff was very attentive, Chad, our waiter introduced us to Thomas who was training with him. Thomastook our order & did a wonderful job. They both were so kind & informative. We ordered a vegetarian burger, adult Mac & Cheese,Pasta of the day, cognac cream sauce & escargot & a macadamia crusted chicken schnitzel dish. All was delicious. We splurged ondessert! Came here for brunch and the food and bottomless mimosas were amazing. I got the friend chicken and oysters for an appetizer l.... My friend had the zin burger. 10/10 recommend. Ask for Tami, she is amazing and will give you the best service you could askfor! Read more
We enjoyed the diversity and execution of the menu. My mussels and fries were dynamite. Others had breakfast. Gazpacho before... hand was well made with a touch of spice. Patio seating made for great entertainment while we ate. Our server let us pace theexperience and wasn't obtrusive at any point. Read more
Tried to have a glass of wine at 8:00 pm before we went home. Had a glass of wine earlier. Nice Wine list, nice Bartender. The... Bar was completely open. Hostess at front Big Women dark hair, completely RUDE!! Had a party in front ... but could have servedus , inside bar was open, one couple there. You need a Better Hostess!!!!!! The Hostess you have needs more customers servicetraining. Especially if you want to stay open as a Restaurant and want good customers who like excellent wine ???? and will paythe price. Not looking for a cheap Happy Hour Wine!!!! So who ever owns the Restaurant, look for Someone who cares about yourbusiness.... we are in the Restaurant business. I would have fired her on a instant.
