Food isn't so great and not very many options to choose from. 2 stars for food and 4 for drinks only because they are very... tasty just not enough alcohol. ???? very affordable. Our bill was about $200 which was very good for 4 meals and about 17drinks for 5 people. Affordable. Read more

We stopped here with our family of 5. We were seated immediately and helped by our server with drinks. Gave our order and food... arrived quickly. We were checked on once and no refills were offered. Our server finally came by and asked if we needed a box,we said yes we need one. 20 minutes later- no box and and no server. Finally, my husband stood up and asked her as she finallypassed by to bring us our check. She gave us the the check and then left for another 7 minutes- after clearly seeing he alreadyhad his card in hand. No apology was given and we still left with empty glasses and no box. The manager sat at the bar- laughingand showing pictures on her phone, eating cherries from under the bar, and then at one point had a wire basket on her head. Wewere there 10/10/2022 around 7. I would please talk with this manager about how she can assist her servers(instead of eatingfrom the bar and looking at pictures on her phone while seated at the bar) as this particular server was covering quite a fewtables. I don't really know. Server was good and food was good. But it felt fake and unauthentic. Just wasn't the same experience.... Seemed like the workers were trying to get out of singing happy birthday and some menu items were priced higher on the receiptthan quoted. Dining out just ain't worth anymore unless you have a server that is getting paid well. Read more

Usually pretty good for the price. Not enough options for those of us who can't do spicy. Went for the all you can eat boneless... chicken wings. Fried cold, no chardonnay for happy hour. 2 options without spice. The garlic pharm was good. Not worth going outfor. Will go back for the salads. They're pretty good. Read more

Waitress was barely there. I wouldn?t feed that food to anyone. Waitress asked how was the food and I said everything is... disgusting and she said enjoy. Broccoli was ice cold steak was like rubber. The Appetizers were 2/10 the chicken bites were sohard I almost broke my tooth. I literally left everything on the table. After I told the waitress the food was nasty she nevercame back. I waited 44 minutes just to see if she would come back and she didn?t. I would have been safer eating taco bell. Read more

It is unfortunate that our family experienced the worst service at our neighborhood Applebees in Palmdale Ca. Our server Katerin... P took 20 minutes to come to our table after being seated. Instead of greeting us with a warm introduction, she annoyingly cameto ask if we were ready to order without asking us if we wanted beverages. She didn?t introduce her self nor took interest inany of our needs. We placed our dinner order which was Two, 2 for $25 meals, a side of fries for a CHILD and three Alcholicbeverages. needless to say she NOT once came to check to see if our food was okay or even see if we got what we ordered, therunner brought the food (we never received the fries until later when we waived down another server and he then waived her down)we got tired of waiting for our alcoholic beverages so we kindly told her we didn?t want them anymore. At this point ourappetizers and entrees were out & finished. (Still waiting on the child fries at this point). She then walked straight to thebar to get the strawberry Margarita that was sitting in the bar brought it back to our table and sat it on the table withoutsaying a word, we looked at each other puzzled & advised her didn?t want the alcoholic beverages anymore AGAIN since we werealready finished eating our appetizers and Entres. her exact condescending words were ?Oh You don?t want it anymore!? okay fine,no problem? and snatched the drink back, it was absolutely baffling. After this occurred we asked her for the check. It was thenwhen I decided it was time to make mangement aware of situation. First time at an Applebee's, and this location did not disappoint. Nice clean establishment, friendly and outgoing server, and... the food was seasoned nicely. I ordered a chicken sandwich, and while I personally prefer the chicken to be cut to a moreuniform thickness, it was still tasty and I'd order it again. Read more

We stopped by here to get something to eat. Food was great and our waitress was attentive and nice. We never had to wait long... for refills or anything we needed.
