I used to come in a lot with family during football season. Today I ordered online and didn’t receive the correct item.... Instead of receiving my 10 piece boneless wings, they gave me 5 traditional wings. #1 it wasn’t the correct item I paid for,#2 only option they gave me to fix the issue was to drive back there 10 minutes & pick up the correct item while my hot food wasat my home waiting for my family to devour. Not really the result I was looking for… maybe a refund??? since inflation and gasprices are extremely high & it was the stores error and not the customers fault your team signed off on double checking theorder was correct? I still have them 3 stars because even though I was shorted on food and wasn’t able to feed my 4 year olddue to not having boneless (non spicy) wings. The food still was tasty. It’s a shame they have poor customer service so thatis my complaint. Read more
It's everything you can expect from a BWW with the addition of great local high school support by displaying jerseys all... around. Food: The food came out fast, hot, and as expected. Staff: The staff is fantastic at this location we've gone withfamily, friends, and have hosted a birthday lunch with ease. Keep up the good work! Read more
We walked in and no one was waiting to assign us a table. The employees were at the checkout counters talking to each other... without paying attention to who was entering. we had to approach them and ask them if someone could help us. one of theemployees told us yes, but that she had to see if there were tables available. At first glance there were more than half of theempty tables. After more than 15 minutes someone finally appeared to ask us what we wanted to drink, that was another eternalwait more than 15 minutes waiting for 2 beers. 30 minutes after arriving, they finally came to take our order. Order that tookthem 50 minutes to prepare. We went to that place because we were waiting for my son to see a movie with his friends. so wethought that 1 hour 45 minutes was enough time to wait for him to come out of the theater. I must clarify that BWW is 5 minutesor less from the cinema. The movie ended and my son was waiting for us outside the cinema. when we got up from the table andwere about to leave, then they did come out to help us; They even offered to pack the food for us. Now for what? More than anhour waiting for 10 wings and 5 tenders is not a reasonable time, especially when the place was not even half full. I can'timagine how long it would have taken them to pack the takeout. The truth is that they ruined my night and even my hunger wentaway. First and last time I visit this site. Read more
Had a great experience but I strongly feel it was because of the service we received tonight by our waitress Genesis at the bar,... she deserves all 5 stars. She was kind and fast and always checked up on us. We’re so happy with the service , thanksgenesis!! Read more
We like getting the appetizer sampler it's one of the best. The nachos are still good even thou I prefer the old ones better... with the fresh jalapeños. 7 out of 10. Read more
The service for a busy day was A1. Our server was very sweet and she did a great job. I would say the only thing is that the... cheese curds was stiff like they been sitting for awhile but other than that it was great. Buffalo Wild Wings is the best place for wings. If that's not your thing don't worry lots to choose from on the menu. Kids... choices are slim but on point as to what kids like. The atmosphere is family sports bar. Plenty of big screens to watch yourfavorite teams locked in an epic battle for supremacy. Rock music fills your ears as you tear through your selection of wings. Don't worry how messy you get they got plenty of napkins to go around. Oh and those street tacos are bomb. Definitelyrecommend them. Love coming here, I love the food and such! We rarely go but we enjoy our time when we do, friendly staff as well. BUT for... future references, they should start bringing the wings out with our sides, like fries and tator tots and such. We finished ourwings already and really didn’t want the tator tots anymore. But we took them! But other than that, amazing service! Read more
