Went to order 4 Golddigger promo hamburger. The order taker at the drive thru said she didn't know if you had to order it 8n the... APP. We ended up with a Chicken not Hamburger Goldigger for $7.99. Didn't realize it until we got home. Threw it away. Went backfor the same hamburger Goldigger. It was so awful I couldn't eat it. This particular restaurants food is so terrible we willnever be back-like every time we have gone there. Alot of our friends & neighbors say the same. My order was simple. No cheese, easy sauce on my burger. The person taking the order read it back to me. So what did I get on my... burger? If you guessed cheese and extra sauce... Update: 2/3/22 Stopped by today for 2 Famous Stars, one with no cheese.Asked the server, politely, to make my order "fresh, made to order". He must've been perturbed by me asking this because hereplied in a huff "ALL OF OUR BURGERS ARE MADE FRESH TO ORDER". Ummm, no they are not, that's why I asked. I was used a promocode for 2 Famous Stars with Cheese for around $6 (great deal!). Get to the window to pay, show my promo code, he enters it, andit doesn't work. He tells me that I have to get 2 burgers with cheese for the deal. Never had to do that before, I tell him, butok. Again, he is perturbed. Calls his Manager who tells me no problem, we'll just enter it as 2 burgers with cheese and give herone without. Simple right? Nope, cause he's asking if I can have the burger without cheese. Dude..... why me? Why?! Themanager's looking at him like, yeah, give it to her. She rings me up, forgets to give me my card (why Lord?...) He's asking if Igot my card and is looking at it. I'm just trying to get my food and go. Oh yeah, guess whose burger was lukewarm and not madefresh to order?! Ding, ding, ding! If you guessed mine, you are absolutely correct!!! This place never gets your order correct, if you order a double, be prepared to have your money stolen, because you're only... getting a single patty. It's a shame that they can't seem to get anything correct, and the shameless theft. Avoid this place, goacross the street to McDonald's or next door to Del Taco, really anything is better than these thieves. Read more
