Rude and awful customer service. When I opened my pizza there was a roach as is shown on the picture. When I went back to the... store the manager was rude to me saying that couldn?t be them and that they weren?t able to give me a new pizza. The box was notopened at all until I got home and saw it with my own eyes. The staff were just trashy and rude. Will never go back. Read more
Awful experience, very unprofessional. I ordered online a BBQ pizza with premium chicken, light jalapeno, and pineapple. Wheb I... get home 10mi away I notice its a plain cheese pizza. I call the store hoping for a replacement or store credit but afterexplaining Ive literally never ordered a cheese pizza in my life Im told to "just enjoy your cheese pizza", before then askingfor a manager to only be places on an indefinite hold! When I first placed the order they said it would take 40 min. I left right after placing the order and after 20 min my order was... ready. If I would have waiting outside for the 40 min my pizza would of have been cold. They need to get their timing correctly.Besides that it's a clean place. Read more
I ordered for delivery online and asked the driver to place the food in a specific area and to not knock on the door or ring the... doorbell. He blatantly ignored the instructions and when he was asked about it informed us that he had indeed read theinstructions, so I guess he?s too good to follow them (the knocking caused a disturbance which is why we asked the driver not toknock or ring the bell to begin with). After that he basically brushed it off before sarcastically asking if he should place thefood where we had originally asked him to do so. Read more

I placed an online order to be picked up at 8:45pm, after payment it said ready to be picked up at 10:25pm! I called the... location, a lady answered the call saying they were busy but it "should" be ready by 8:45pm. I asked for her name to referencewho said I would have my order. And she refused saying if it wasn't READY ,It's Not her FAULT!! What kind of service is this?IAlways order from my local business but Domino's you just LOST a great customer .Ordering up to 3X a week! I'll take mybusiness elsewhere, thank you very much.
