Come on people. 4 stars?? This place is the worst. The staff struggles to understand orders, and rarely gives you exactly what... you ordered. Just the other night my I go to get a family meal and I ask for the family avocado salad as one of the sides (aspictured). They say "sure we can certainly do that" - I get home and the salad is lettuce in a bowl. It's missing the cheese,tomato, dressing and avocado. Since I'm the only vegetarian in the house, I'm out of dinner. My wife goes back to get itcorrected. What they give her is another salad, again chopped lettuce - no avocado and like two chips crumbled into the mix. She goes back and the third time they give her a side of avocado to put on the salad. The avocados are dark, black spotted...really gross. Again the salad is missing their signature creation. I gave up and skipped on dinner. I really dislike gettingfood there. If I ask for a dish (like the tostada salad) without meat, they charge me full price. No other fast food placedoes that. As a company - it lacks any responsibility with its customers... look at their corporate Facebook page... people areposting the grossest situations and the company doesn't respond... so I doubt they'll change anything with this local office. Enough suckers are willing to shell out $$ every day for the wrong orders, and we keep coming back. The only way they'll listenis if you all stop showing up. While google has a 4 star, Yelp has the more accurate 2 star for this location. Read more
This Pollo Loco location has been the best location to visit for an accurate order, friendly service, and one that doesn't skimp... on salsas for your order. We have been to 3 different locations for our orders and we always place big orders... If it isn'tmissing dressing, it is not enough salsa or it is receiving rude service in general... Did not get that kind of service here.It's a bit out of our way but for the good service, I will go back. Read more

Always screwing up orders.better check your order before you leave the parking lot.you might have to go back in and wait behind... all of the other orders they screw up.they put a skimpy sliver of avocado on chicken tostada salad,that's if they even put it inthe first place.i don't want sour cream,I got it anyway.they suck..rancho vista by vons on 30th w. I love el pollo loco, just not this one. The food is good but you better check your bag because there?s going to be something... missing every time. Two or three times, whatever. But it?s literally every single time. Also, sometimes when you get to theorder order station you?ll wait 2-3 minutes before they take your order. This place just isn?t run very well and I have anegative experience every time. Read more

GROSS ????. Haven't been in a while because El Pollo Loco, especially this location, really skimps on the chicken. I knew... better, but I really wanted a tostada salad, so I took a chance. Last time I went, I ordered it with no beans, and it was fullof beans ????. I knew to order it this time and repeat no beans 3 times to the irritation of my server (sorry). I always orderthe DOUBLE chicken tostada. Why is it that there is NEVER any chicken?! I had maybe 5 small pieces. If it's a double, shouldn'thave I received a double scoop of chicken? The tostada shells are getting smaller and the price is getting bigger (why?!). Ilove the new containers that the salad comes in but with the salad being so small, the container was too big and my food was aslipping and sliding mess. It looked so unappealing.
