Buffalos Cafe, Buffalos Cafe, Buffalos Cafe... This is a joint chain with Buffalos Cafe so this is in no way rating Fatburger.... First of all the only reason I give this place a one-star it's because of a recent visit we had there the party I was withliterally waited over 40 minutes before we were even seen for our drinks and food. Now other tables and couples noticed how longwe waited and even they were upset we were totally ignored we were not acting rude or nothing we quietly waited and I personallyjust stuck around to see how long they would take before they would attend to us. I am not exaggerating it was literally over 40minutes the manager was very nice he did come out and apologize I also think the owner came out and we overheard him chastisingthe waitresses because how could that happen we were sitting there with our menus no drinks no food and the place was not evenbusy. I had posted my frustrations on Facebook and even my friends on Facebook agreed with me that the service there is terribleI have family that say that the food is not even all that great. This is a nice and city little place. They are VERY nice here and they are really helpful.
Best burgers on that 47th street strip.
Very nice people and food was delicious
Food took way too long and when we finally received our order it was cold. Burgers are dry and expensive (they don't even come... with cheese for the price- almost $6 for a "medium" burger). Overall not worth it...if you want great burgers go to The HabitBurger Grill (which is opening in Rancho Vista soon!) Read more
The girl at the front counter was nice and all but thats were it ended. What kind of Bulshit is this. This is not a fatburger... its a add on to a buffalo wings place. Small fatburger sign in the back corner of the building. The food took atleast 20 minutesto eat. The food was cold and it was not the FATBURGER that I eat in Santa Clarita. I asked the kind lady do they Char and shesaid Yes and I asked again. She said maybe and then I clarified and asked her a 3rd time and she said no. The fries were hardand had a thin oil that stayed on the finger. Sorry Palmdale I remember the Fatburger when it was by Best Buy and that was theBest of the best. Now we just get Copy cat restaurants. Will never go here again. And to the lady that helped me. This is notdirected at you. You did a great job but you where un imformed on what Fat burger should be. I called to place an order over the phone, they told me to show up in about 20 minutes. So about twenty minutes later I showed... up, I was the only person there. I was waiting for about 7 minutes and the employees weren't even at the front desk to takeorders. By this time a lady came in, then two other people came in soon after. After a few more minutes the girl who takesorders finally showed up, and she had the audacity to take orders from the people at the end of the line first, then she workedher way to the front. By the time I got home, and I live about half a mile away, the food was cold and it wasn't even thatgreat. For those prices you could go to other places such as Irene's Burger Cafe and get better food. I was disappointed, it wasmy first time eating at a Fatburger and it's going to be the last time I eat at this particular Fatburger, if I ever do try itagain it won't be at this Fatburger. Read more
