After waiting about 45 minutes to get seated, me and my wife started to notice people who arrived after us getting seated. So I... went to check on why I we were getting passed up, it turned out that another couple had took our place when our name was called.We were waiting outside with other people and they never went outside to check. They called our name inside and this couple tookour spot. I was very upset and advised the staff to invest in some pagers so that you're sure you have the correct guest. They sat us down in the rear of the restaurant by the kitchen door. It was hot , turn on the AC you cheap as. Waited 30 minutes... in an empty restaurant, cook was so slow. Waitress never checked on us for drink refills and when food came never re filleddrinks. Typical poor service. I will never come here again. It?s just not worth it. McDonald?s has better food than this place.It?s pretty dirty too bathrooms not clean at all no soap in bathroom. I would come again, my experience was fantastic. We were seated once we came in. We order our beverage soon as we sat. Got our... drinks, our order was placed. Took about 15 mins to get our food, no hassle. Enjoyed our delicious breakfast. Our server keptchecking on us, refilling our drinks. (Orange juice was refill, that's was a PLUS) Making sure our food was delightful. Veryspacious, the room temperature was great (not like other places where the AC is blowing directly to you) nice a cool. Restroomis very CLEAN, toilet papers seater were available. Door handle and door glass seem to be clean. They also have a coffee shop inthe diner. My partner got himself a coffee as we were about to exit the restaurant. The coffee was on point. Pros: plenty of parking, didn't have to wait long to be seated (approx a minute or two,) great deals of their menu (currently... they have a $6 menu of select items. ) Cons: severely understaffed (we had to wait maybe about ten minutes to get a server tobring us more coffee, napkins and creamers. Other than that, I'll come back cuz the deal was great but I need to have in mindthat I'll probably wait to be served and checked on. Read more
Last Saturday i went to try to breakfast and i commit or made mistake to try to speak spanish to the girl who was at the cashier... or in front booking people!! And she told me so mad with very bad attitude ?i dont speak spanish? and after thar i tried tospeak english and she ignoreme!! I spoke with the manager about that but I think nothing happens!! That happen at 12 of novaround 11:30 am by girl who has a red letters tattoo in her neck!!
