Very clean. Great service. The lady at the register was polite and attentive. I placed my order and forgot to remove onions on... my child's hamburger so when we picked it up the servers noticed my son made a funny face when the hamburger was served. Theyimmediately provided a new order with no questions asked. The kid was happy and was able to enjoy every bite. Love hamburgers and I just committed to drive to this specific location because Hamburgers are found everywhere but service and experiencelike this one are only found here. Read more

This Corporation has perfected duplication of an identical dining experience, from one location to all locations! When it comesto the price you will not find a less expensive menu, at any hamburger franchise period. Always busy, with hustling fast hardworking employees, who make this a true Southern California Landmark of Great Hamburger Franchises, which has continued on withsuccess at this location. The Palmdale store is as busy, and excellent in all aspects, as any In-N-OUT Burger location. Can'tbeat their old fashioned style of great hamburgers, fries, shakes, as if it were the days of sock hop soda pop. I only wishIn-N-Out had a location at the Palmdale Boulevard exit on the Antelope Valley 14 Freeway. A location at the exit would make fora busier store, and a more convenient location, rather than having to drive down Palmdale Boulevard into the City, but, thatmuch is merely a recommendation, and it's worth the drive into the city to hit up this restaurant. There's always a line, butit's worth the wait, and the wait is minimal for as many customers as constantly patronize this location. The Cheeseburger's andFries are by far the very best of any of the competition. For the cost of 1 Double-Double, 1 Triple-Triple, 1 french fry, with 2Cokes, for less than $20, no one can compare to In-N-Out, for outstanding Americana fast food at an unbelievably lowprices! I live in-n-out... we come here all the time! All other times my burgers have been perfect but for some reason, i had onions in... my burger (when i said no onions) and almost half of my meat looks like it's been bitten off??? :( that makes me big sad. Read more
I've been out west for several months, but never had the time or courage to try any of the In-N-Out chain restaurants because... the lines are always so long regardless of the time of day or city I'm in. Funny how eating at one of these joints was like anunspoken bucket list idea! I finally got the nerve to stop in Monday night (5/24/21) and order 2 double-doubles, 2 Frenchfries, one medium strawberry shake (which wasn't that good), and one chocolate shake. Alot of good food for just $20.18. Thedrive-thru line was super long as usual, but only ONE person was inside at the counter ordering! Last night was my night, andwhen I walked in and saw the menu, it was so simple, I was shocked! I expected to see mushroom burgers, avocado bacon burgers,loaded fries, Yada Yada Yada! Nope, the menu was so simple (pic attached). Food so fresh, REAL, delicious, and simple buttasty. It didn't take very long (10-15 minutes) to get our food either. The food was also extremely affordable (receiptattached). The shakes really had no flavor. The food was haphazardly thrown into the bag, making us literally fish out ourburgers (punctured our buns and got quite messy) from a ton of fresh crispy fries. I would definitely get no salt on our friesif we go again, which we likely will. Overall, good food, and I can see why people wait so long in these lines because the foodis much better and cheaper than larger chains like McDs, BK, and others I try not to eat too often because those places havequestionable "real" food. Well, I'm going to be 100% honest, food was not great. Burger was really meh, and fries tasted as if they were microwaved. Staff... was very nice though. The staff is the only reason I'm giving it a 2 star. Read more
