Disappointed! Horrible experience, i?ve never had this problem during the day. I guess the staff doesn?t answer the phone after... a certain time. Purchased dinner from another restaurant but my sons wanted Jersey Mike?s so I placed their orders. Waitedoutside for 30 minutes thinking they were just running behind my son then goes inside and our sandwiches were just sittingthere. Staff needs training on customer service! A simple apology for forgetting about us would of really helped the situationsince all my other food was now cold waiting on the sandwiches that were ready. No manager available and supposedly theirphones are broken. We then get home and my son says his sandwich tastes bad. It looks like the grill hasn?t been cleaned allday. I recently ordered a chicken philly cheese steak from this location. I ate a few bites only having to chew a lot more than... usual, I tried to swallow it and started to choke.
