I placed an order at 11:30AM through their website/app. I'm told door dash will deliver by 12:10pm. Doordash calls me to say,... "something is wrong with this place. The door is locked, I'm banging on the door no one is there. Lights are out. Calling and noone is picking up." I couldn't believe it, so I called - their number goes to "this mailbox hasn't been set up" message afterseveral rings. This isn't a holiday. The hot-and-ready pizzas are NEVER ready and they charge more than the advertised price. it's better to order what you want,... call ahead and pick it up. it seems like they're only doing the program because it's an obligation to the franchiser, cause it'sreally non-existent at this location. The staff are friendly and relaxed, but they are extremely understaffed and often theline is out the door. As a business owner, i can understand that it's hard to employ a part-timer for a 2 hour lunch shift,then tell them to go home and come back for dinner rush, but they really need the help. My orders are pretty simple, so ihaven't experienced any errors yet. The pizza is good and the breadstick are AWESOME. i get this every time that we know we'regoing to have a long day. Read more

Gave us the wrong pizza, then had to drive back- 15 miles. Only compensated us by giving us a brownie. The pizza we got then... only had 8 slices of mushroom on a large. Disappointed and would have rather have just been refunded the money and given theun-touched pizzas back, like we asked. Won?t be returning again. Read more

Usually we have had good experiences with Little Caesars but not this time. We ordered online and were there when they said to... be but they gave our pizza away to people who had a big order. They promised us that our pizza would be right up but no, itwasn't. We should have left because it was probably the worst pizza ever... I've came here a few times I get the "there's no pizzas" its going to take 25 minutes" , I ... give them a chance today, I called a few times no answer, I get there, there's no pizzas and it was going to be 20 minutes. As much as I've gone here, it's not really worth going. Working a pizza chain before taught me how downhill service can go... thanks to managers and even owners. So I don't blame the workers all that much. When this store is severely understaffed forlunch/dinner rushes, you can forget about Hot N Ready, and you can forget about the pizza portal. Also I've a had a few deepdish pizzas served with raw dough... if you're struggling with money and want a pizza it's worth taking a chance, but other thanthat.. I wouldn't recommend it. Read more

It is horrible disgustingly dirty. This is unacceptable. I can only imagine how the back is where the food is prepared in such... insanitary methods. Their windows and fridge and pick up kiosk is filled with hands and fingers prints. SMH? all three locations in palmdale need help.. let?s be honest? another customer waiting in line like me for our pick up order... said ?hot and not ready!? Yall.. read that agin.. he was not wrong. They are all under staffed. So that sucks for the company,and we should be understanding, but they need to make adjustments to their time frames of when pizzas will be ready.. hire morepeople and pay them a little more to motivate their staff. These are upgraded locations that now look busted and dirty. Give thestaff some low key music to keep them pumped or something.. prices went up an arm and a leg, dominos have better prices now..probably won?t be coming back to any little Caesar?s again.. every time I give it another chance is just as bad or worse.. sorryto the staff that work here without support..
