You would think all McDonalds are the same - but this one was not. Finding the entrance was a challenge, the person on the... speaker in the drive thru was hard to understand and couldn't answer my basic questions -- and asked me to wait twice. I was inthe left side of the double drive thru and 2 other cars pulled up and ordered while I waited to place my order. When we got tothe window the pay the person there (different from the one that took my order) was not friendly, did not say thank you and justoverall didn't look like he wanted to be there -- though I guess in his place I may have felt the same way. I love to get aniced tea for my long commute - but after this visit I chose to go without the next day even though I drove right by thislocation on my way out of town. Read more

I ordered 2 Mc Chickens, was given only 1 ranch and when I asked about another ranch since I have two burgers I was told I gotta... pay extra for ranch. I already submitted a ticket to complain about this store location # 13894. I see someone already left areview here about sauce, honestly I was buying from this location allot but since they are being like this I'll be buying fromMcDonald's that's not affiliated with this franchise (on k) for example. 10 PM. Off peak rush. Chicken nuggets and quarter pounder combos, plus chocolate Sundae. 2 cars ahead. Soooo slow to fill orders... I shut car off. Handed out drinks and ice cream on a cardboard Carrier. All McDonald's fill the ice cream above the lid of thelower cup. The upper cap never fits or seals onto the cup well. Time and the hot chocolate had melted the ice cream tocompletelyFlow out the sides of the cup. When I passed it back to the cashier, I got ice cream drip all over my clothes. C*rappycup design. First, at the window the girl had no idea what she was talking about. Second, all of the soft drinks weren?t even working.... Third, why are they so stingy with their sauce? You can apparently only get one ranch and after that they?s have to charge youfor more. I asked for 5 and they charged me already but I asked where they put the ranches and they said you need to charge meagain!? They never get anything right at this McDonald?s. Review for March 8th 2022. McDonald's located in West Palmdale on Rancho Vista Boulevard. This is a very friendly McDonalds. The... people here are always very nice and courteous. The restaurant is well kept and very fast in service. I ordered a caramel frappetoday and it was done quickly. Great spot to enjoy a hot coffee or a cold caramel frappe. I just came out of this McDonald?s for third time . First coffee was cold . Second coffee they just added hot water , so it... tasted like water . I?m here with my third coffee it?s the cold left overs . I don?t think it?s worth to pay $2.50 for a coffeeat McDonald?s when you can pay less at Starbucks with higher quality. First off it's getting expensive to eat at Mc Donalds and especially when u order the Big Mack pack and you only get one patty... on your Mack especially no condiments. never fails MC DONALDS!!! says a lot when cheating you from from protein AND CHEEATING UFROM CONDIMENTS! check your food PEOPLE!!!!
