Ok, I LOVE PIZZA!!! PH is not normally my go to place but it was convenient at the time. Our cashier/server was JoJo. AMAZING... service ???????? ????. She is the ONLY reason I gave 3 stars!! Let's say this, JoJo would be the ONLY reason I would return tothis location just because she's very good at customer service. I actually called to order before we got there. We were at thecar wash across the parking lot. Jojo answered and immediately placed me on hold. Normal for a busy restaurant, no biggie. Nowwe're done at the car wash and walk into PH, right up to the register. We were immediately greeted and sincerely asked if wecould give her just a few moments because she has a call she's had waiting for a while. I instantly informed her that it was meand I had just released the line just before we came inside. Jojo went on to apologize for the wait and asked if we wanted tohear the specials. Fast-forward I thanked her for that, attempted to come back to the phone although there were people at thecounter already. We were not forgotten about which happens at other places A LOT! SOOO she takes our order, we sit down and getour pizza. The place "appeared" clean until I walked into the bathroom to wash my hands. A strong stitch reaks the room ????,around the toilet is rotting away and rusted. At each table they have these paper towel holders, the vertical kind, standing.We're eating which was not good. The whole pizza was bland????????! I've never ate pizza and felt it needed salt or likesomething is missing. I don't even like salt. Getting back to this paper towel situation, we're almost done eating and I noticedon the corner of the top flap that was some stringy stuff, NOT CHEESE. Well! I'm like that's a spider web! Wish I could give lower than 1-Star. Our pizza dough was uncooked. I called to notify the location of the issue. I?m not sure... who answered the phone but he was very rude and unprofessional. Will not be ordering from here in the future. Read more
I've always liked Pizza Hut. I usually get the same thing. Large pepperoni stuff crust, large pepperoni lovers, a large super... supreme and medium Buffalo boneless chicken wings. Price around $70.00 to $75.00. But I get quite a few meals out of it. Thereis nothing like cold pizza for breakfast. Read more
Bad service. No one acknowledged us when came into place an order for at least 5 to 7 minutes. There were two guys standing at... the cash register. Then when we called for help they pretended not to hear us twice. Read more
Pizza tasted fine and was ready fast, but between the odd shape of the pan crusts and just dumping all of the crust flavoring in... only one spot, I'm rather unimpressed. Read more
