This pizza Hut sucked there staff pretty much pretended to not see me standing by the cash register even tho I'm looking... straight at them since the place is tiny,then when i finally got someone to come over he forgets my order of wings might i addaren't so cheap at Pizza Hut,and when i called they supposively we're putting it in my order as "credit " and when i tried usingthe "credit" they said i didn't have any and to top it off that they didn't even place my order even tho I'm showing her myreceipt dónde I ordered thru the app as well as the paper one and still denied me the credit in a very rude way ,kinda feltattacked . Updated as of 05/25/2022 Pizza Hut made everything right. The store manager and their higher up's made sure to take care of my... concerns and needs. It took a little bit of time, but I am overall happy with the resolution. I liked that they listen to myconcerns regarding if I was a family that had money problems and needed to feed my family and couldn't wait this would have beena major issue. Previous - Star 1 On May 18th around 4:50 pm I made an order for $97.70 worth of pizza. By 6:30 pm the pizzanever arrived, I contacted the store receiving some of the worst customer service ever provided where I was placed on hold onfor 8 minutes just for the young lady to ask what was wrong. I explained my issue and she place me on hold again. Once shereturned she again asked me what was wrong before having her shift manager talk to me. Now what's frustrating is the young ladydidn't even brief the shift manager (Michael) on what happened, so now I had to re-explain (Again bad customer service). Afterspending my time again explaining my issue Michael placed me on hold to only return saying that he was the one who sent out theorder and that the driver must have delivered to the wrong address. Now mind you did he call the driver? Unlikely! Did Michaelsay let me get another order out for you? No he did not. I even said I make it easier and that I would just like a refund and Iwill drive the five mile to their store to retrieve it. Michael told be he was unable to refund me my money because he wasn'tauthorized to do so and that I would have to call or come in the next morning to receive my refund. Now lets focus on thecustomer service again. This was a perfect time to make a customer happy and say "Sorry sir for the inconvenience, if you don'tmind driving here I will replace you order and make sure the manager knows about your displeasure".
