I didnt like the fact they didnt offer free refills on sides like a simple salad , I didnt like that the manager yelled "is... everything okay?" She was polite however come introduce yourself dont just awkwardly ask us if everything is fine it was weirdbecause our conversation was interrupted and she was sweeping like can you not do that while speaking to customers? My waiteracted as if she didnt want to wait on us and even acted surprised that i could afford to buy another salad just because i askedif it was free ...she literally yelled loudly " Im sorry the salads arent free" in return I tipped her $10 instead of the $50 Iwas going to tip her if you have such small expectations from me then surely she doesn't deserve that $50 . Work on havingcommon sense and good customer service to ALL guest. Oh yeah my lobster was so small ,the shrimp was not good it was too chewyas in not cooked thoroughly and the chicken alfredo was gummy like my husband had to wait forever for a gummy pasta. We ordered the Endless Shrimp To Go and it was great. Very good and everything stayed nice and hot until we got home. It was... packaged up very nicely with everything we needed, sauces, butter, sour cream, etc. We are looking forward to doing this again. Read more

Had a family members birthday celebration here. The food was great! Most of us purchased a steak or lobster. I order the steak... medium rare, loaded baked potato and broccoli for about $27. There were no complaints about the food as it was good. The staffwere great and our waitress was the best. She served 15 of us and all with a smile. She was very tentative and friendly and forthat she received a very generous tip. I give Red Lobster a 4 star instead of 5 star because the restaurant is very dated. Oldcarpet and aged furniture. All in all the place needs a nice face-lift. Other than that, I have no complaints. Read more
