Great customer service ???? lady at drive thru was kind. Wish it was a little faster though lol..
Other than me loving the product, The employees are slow and inaccurate which makes it hard to go anything past 3 sides
TL:DR - Good people, but you'll need luck to get what you want, or really, anything at all. I've never had a problem with rude... employees here. They've always been nice and cool to talk too. However, the store is often closed during the hours of businessposted here and on Yelp. And there's also about 50/50 chance of them not having what I want or screwing it up and I generallyorder very simple things. Also, if you come after dark, you'll have to use the hidden side door. The front one may or may not belocked. There won't even be a sign posted to let you know to use the secret entrance. I'm pretty sure it's a game played bybored employees to laugh about how many customers are going to struggle with a locked door while the store is open or go sit inan empty drive thru when the store is closed but supposed to be open. Review for March 6th 2022. Starbucks Coffee located in east Palmdale California in the Vallarta Supermarket Shopping Center.... Customer service is excellent here I was attended well and can read it kindly. I had a large coffee Pike and it was hot asexpected. I really do appreciate customer service as well as quality products. Thank you so much for staying open during thesetough times and thank you so much for the service and hot coffee I received today. I'm not a Starbucks fan but my husband is. Was impressed that the young man helped me as much as possible to get a "not so... strong" cup of coffee. And when I asked for more cream the young gal gave me plenty in a cup and an empty larger cup to mix itin. Our cinnamon cake was served nice and warm as well. I didn't even know this Starbucks was here. Ordered here for the first time. And the atmosphere inside was nice. Even though... the two lady where wearing mask you could tell they were smiling. Which made you feel welcome instore. Not rushed like otherStarbucks. They were very busy but made order was done within the time the app said. Wish I'd gotten the two names of the ladiesworking. Bad experience....went today 9/25/19 around 6am and ordered a iced caramel macchiato and got this drink that looked like the... milk was expired ...couldnt see it at the time of purchase due to it was still dark but when it sunrised i saw what i wasdrinking ...tried calling the place but no answer ..i couldnt go back because i was at work already Read more
