I work in the same shopping center. This Starbucks is always out of something, when the barista does not know how to make a... specific drink they said our "machine is broken" then you go later and they tell you it was never broken ????, they are alwaysshort in staff (girls always look overwhelmed) so be ready to wait a long time and now they are constantly closed. Obviously,corporation doesn't even care because is been like this for months maybe a year. one of the baristas was extremely rude. she misheard a part of our order and said we ordered a grande when my brother who was... reading off a note and doesn?t even know the sizing for starbucks ordered. (there was no way he could?ve said grande) she wasthen complaining to the other barista. then she placed our drink on the bar without even glancing at us. and we weren?t rudeabout either we were debating even saying anything in the first place. it wasn?t busy when we ordered either. i couldn?t get hername cause i didn?t have my glasses on but yeah. moral of the story, some of the baristas are rude.
