On Saturday 10/22 at 12am, I went to the drive thru and placed a 34.00 order. After giving me the I gave the lady a 100.00, she... then came back a few minutes later handed me the change back without counting it then closed the window and disappeared. I ofcourse counted my change and was 20.00 short. I waited for her to return and informed her that I was 20.00 short. She thenblurted out "no I gave you back the correct change, I then said ok let's check the camera... I Ordered online to pick up. Taco bell is less than 5min from my house. When I went inside to make sure I had the right Address,... I showed them the address they told me I had to drive to a different location. I went back to my car & looked @ the address &picture online. It turned out that I was in the right location so I went back in and let them know I was in the "Right" place &Showed them their Address Since They Couldn't Recall Earlier..The Manager Apologized Immediately And Prepared My Orderhisself...??????????? my and my boyfriend have been coming to the Taco Bell for years, we usually are big fans but last night wasn?t that great of an... experience. The guy that was taking my order was creepy and made me feel uncomfortable, and in doing so he forgot items I askedfor in my bag of food. I clearly stated I wanted hot and Diablo sauce with my food, the sauce is never an issue on other nightsbut last night since the guy at the window was too busy being creepy it was forgotten. I pulled to the window and he proceededto take my card payment and made a comment, ?you?re cute by the way?. This automatically made me uncomfortable and I didn?t evenwant to turn and look to the window because I didn?t want to catch eye contact, I stayed looking forward and pretended I didn?thear it. I waited for my food eager to leave the drive thru already, and as he came to the window to hand me my food I stilldidn?t turn to look at the window because I didn?t want to engage in any conversation or eye contact. As he handed my food hesaid can I get your number, still not looking at him I said nah this food is for my boyfriend and quickly drove away. Once I gothome is when I realized there was missing sauces from my bag, I didn?t even get to ask for extra sauce or double check the bagbecause he was being creepy I just wanted to hurry and leave. This is was on Sunday night Sept. 4th near midnight, the guy waswhite with dark brown hair and a mustache. I don?t have any other describing factors as I did my best to ignore anddisengage. I went on Monday night and the food was prepared so great !!! It was delicious and I'm glad because I had been craving taco bell... for so long. BUT!!! what made my experience even better was Jocelyn's great costumer service !!! She helped me try new things onthe menu like the new ice coffee .! She was very detailed and attentive. Service is good. Food is always good and fresh. At the drive through I've never had a complaint. I like coming here
