I love the dark chocolate option for iced or hot mocha. Also their chocolate muffin : rich but not unduly sweet. Tried a... breakfast chibatta today. Always clean, quick, with indoor & outdoor seating. Easy parking,Safe & well lit to walk my dog as Iam traveling through. Good bathrooms. Read more

Great coffee but costumer service is not as good as I was aspected. Yesterday the cashier/barista was not friendly. When I asked... him questions he was very short. Today the cashier was great, beautidul smile and greetings but the barista made a horrible jobwith my large Americano because she was concentrated talking to another costumer. She didn't pay attention to the ingredientsthat I wanted such as sugar and half and half. When I asked the person incharge of the location the barista turn around and saidit was an Americano with cream I was you should read your sticker or screen and make it correctly. Ordered an iced drink. Received it in a plastic container but no ice in it. It was room temperature. I politely asked for a cup... with ice from another employee who was very sweet and gave it to me. The employee who made the drink was very rude. So sad as Ihave never before had this type of rude behavior at Coffee Bean. My hope is that the young lady was just having an off day. For February 3rd 2022. The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf is a great coffee shop. I remember my first time coming here was on that... Unforgettable date that I had with palomita. But that was years ago and this is now. I really enjoy their caramel Blended icedcoffee. There's so much to choose from and the excellent service is very noticeable. Very friendly from the moment I walked intothe very moment I walked out. Lots of "thank you" and lots of "have a good day". I'm not guilty, to say that I absolutelyenjoyed my Blended iced caramel coffee. Read more
Service was EXCELLENT young lady at the counter Thanksgiving day morning was so pleasant and sweet. Unfortunately someone came... in with their big dog which reared up and put it's paws on the counter and its owners thought this was totally acceptable. Ilove dogs but not in food establishments, grocery stores etc. Other than that, everything else was top notch. Read more
