I've been here several times thinking this time it'll be better than the last. But it isn't. The customer service is the... worst. We stop by tonight we order fish tacos on corn tortillas they give us flour on a fish tacos,plus the cook was doing cross... contamination he wasn't using glove he was graving raw chicken then the hamburgers buns and grubbing cheese to put on someoneelse food that's a big no he touch his face and still touching the food disgusting it was my favorite restaurant till tonightthe only good thing there was the girl at the drive true she handle the problem great... I like everything they make, at times little wait, their food is excellent. I have been eating here for years. My 3 favorite... items are Half order of biscuits and gravy.. oooolala.., Ultimate Breakfast omelette?.yummy, filling, enough to take home too?..and to go Chicken Burrito?. Blessed hell lol. I arrived at your restaurant yesterday, 9/2/22 at 9:50 pm . I entered the drive through to place my order . There was still cars... ahead waiting for food however i was at the point to order food . After waitng for 5 minutes and no response from the orderspeaker I drove forward and waited behind 2 cars ahead of me. When i got my turn at the window i waited a few minutes . A femalecame to my attention at the window and stated that the restaurant is closed , all cooking equipment is turned off . I proceededto tell her that i have been waiting to place my order and the place was open when i got there . She said again that fhey wereclosedvand would not take my order. I pulled forward and disbelief of what just happened. There was a car behind me also andwhen they pulled forward they had the same feeling I had. After 5 minutes I started to leave the parking lot and noticed thatthere was a woman outside of the drive-up window receiving an order. See attached picture. Went to grab some dinner around 9pm. Line was long the wait was even longer and on top of that they just don't listen or note to... things. For example my wife didn't want pickles and onions in her burger, which it had. I ordered apples juice instead I wasgiven orange juice. Happens everytime. And freaking expensive. So I don?t mind the long wait in DT but when I have to wait and they always mess up my order that really makes me upset. How... can they forget to put the French fries in two of my dinners? Does anyone there believe in double checking orders? This is likethe 3rd time something is missing in my order, I don?t think I will be returning to this location.
