I placed an online order shortly after I got a call back saying there was no French fries if I could have some rolls instead... instead they said no no so I said may I have like 2 or 3 extra wings They said no we can only give you corn or vegetables I saidno thank you may I cancel my order so I can order something else They said no after it's a 10 minute conversation with themanager they were able to cancel my order I then replaced another order went to pick up my wings and they were super greasy weall know wingstop is a hit-or-miss with getting good wings or greasy wings depending on what you like like but this time theywere really greasy I really want to keep giving them a chance but it seems like We can't get it right Hopefully next time It'shard to find good wings but when they do make them right they are very good Read more
Ordered online around 4:30pm and scheduled it to be picked up at 5:15pm. Got there during my lunch break at 5:35pm and it wasn't... ready, so I waited. Food was finally ready at 6:00pm. The whole time, a couple of employees were at the front on their phonessince it wasn't busy. Definitely a great use of company time. Wingstop employees tend to take their sweet time which is why Iput the pick up time much earlier than my lunch. If you want your food to be ready almost an hour after your pick up time (or anhour and a half after you ordered it) go here. :) Read more
You guys need to stop treating the dashers who go there like thieves. What the hell is wrong with you guys? Maria, you can't... expect people to show you their personal items. It's MY phone. And If I don't want to show you MY phone. I don't have to. I amgoing there again whenever I want to get my orders. You're awful for treating EVERY ONE of us like thieves just because otherpeople do it. Disgusting. Next time I'm going in, and yeah I'll confirm the order for ya sure. but you're not going to see myphone. I ordered online and went to the location. When I gave my name, I was told it would take 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, they... said another 5 minutes. I waited 20 minutes and gave my name again. They found my order on the shelf that was sitting therefor over 10 minutes!!!! When I said it was sitting there the whole time i was waiting, employee said thank you and good nightand abrubtly walked away. Nothing was done. Food was cold and fries were soft. I usually give restaurants and stores thebenefit of the doubt, but not this time. I will not be coming back to this or any other Wingstop in the future. Read more
Lady at the counter was very slow and seemed like it was annoying her to have us there ordering. Cost of wings is high also have... to pay for ranch only wing place I know of that charges for ranch. Wings were mediocre and that's being generous. Read more
The food is always good and decent thankfully. But the only issue with this location is the time they take to put out orders.... Reasonably I know wings are popular in the AV and there always busy with orders after orders. But is there really an excuse orreason when you make a pick up order online and get confirmation it'll be ready in 20 minutes. I already know it won't be readyin that time but is close to 1 hour and 40 minutes really acceptable? Still a good location and way better than the east sideAvenue S location. Read more
This is one of the really good wingstops. Staff was friendly and very nice. My order was running late and they actually gave me... a complimentary drink as I waited. They were also very kind to separate the cheese fries from regular fries when I asked if theycould since my son is allergic to dairy. Will definitely be going here again. Read more
