I had learned my lesson previously when I ordered a box with like 10 Taco Supremes. I ordered three Taco Supremes this time... pulled out and checked and they were regular tacos. I went up to the pickup window and ask the guy what are these. I was advisedthey didn't have lettuce or tomato and so this is what you get and I wanted a refund. After quite a struggle for the manager asshe took a long time, as a line is growing behind me, she gives me two bucks on the $10 order. I left hungry as usual this timepulling straight into McDonald's where I ordered a double deluxe quarter pounder half pounder cheeseburger which was deliciousand always satisfying. Taco Bell is expensive, the drink is way too big, the food is too small, and it's generallydisappointing. I won't be back anytime soon if ever again. Why is the drive-thru line always short at Taco Bell even though itmoves slow as the fast moving drive-thru line at McDonald's next door is always long? I have not been inside in a while. The folks who handle the drive thru are amazing. They are always friendly and full of smiles.... My order is always spot on. It is packed in the bag proper so nothing gets squished. The soda cups are not over filled makingthem spill. They are pretty fast as well. Read more
Love the food, but I am not sure why every time I go through the long line they just refuse to sell what is ordered. Three times... I order the same thing for either my son or both of us and for 2 meals at over 20 dollars, when I just ask for no cream they'reactually giving me a supreme when I'm asking just for a regular remember you're company saves money and you being predictableand efficient will probably get you a raise, that extra money comes from getting an order correct the first time. Or just wastefood and don't be mad when you're supervisor says you need to go home 3 hours early waste =less money for you, and higher pricesfor all of us. You say you know this yet you continue to do it. That's why you work at Taco Bell. They promote go getters andfire people doing the bare minimum. What kind of person are YOU? Read more
Even with long lines the wait is never long. Drive-thru can be a little sketchy if you have a longer vehicle.
