Very poorly managed & absolute rubbish quality. Order taker was very rude despite me being as polite as I could. Tried adding an... ingredient from another chicken sandwich to my chickrn sandwich order and was spoken too very disrespectfully. The person didn'teven bother to listen. All the food we received was awful. We only had a 10 min drive home & began picking at the friesimmediately after leaving. Fries were cold & tasted old. My local Wendy's, they remember my order. Usually visit after a late day at work. Food is fresh, hot and made to order.
Had to try the hot and crispy fries. And they were hot and crispy. Way better then McDonald's.was not over crowded and food was... made fresh to order. The fries are really better than McDonald's!! Lunch time rush so won't hold it against them bathroom could've use a cleaning. Staff are always welcoming with good service.
I took some friends to this establishment for dinner last night. When we entered the building we were assaulted by the... nauseating smell of extremely dirty mops and what smelled like meat rotting. The smell was so overwhelming that we had to leavethe building. This morning I contacted the assistant manager and told them the story, they said that they would pass my contactinformation to the manager who was not yet in and that I would be contacted by them today. Apparently customer service is not apriority at this Wendy?s location because the manager never bothered to contact me. The dirty mop and rotting smell were not aninstant action, it requires time for that smell to develop to the level that I encountered last night. That doesn?t even takeinto consideration the amount of bacteria being produced in that environment. A sincere apology from management would probablyappeased me but the total lack of concern for health safety, customer service, and the Wendy?s experience shown by managementmakes me wonder just what else is wrong with the store and that maybe a health and safety inspection should be done. I had one of the worse meals that I ever had at any fast food restaurant at Wendy?s in Palmer, Ma. I like Wendy?s food normally.... I took a bite out of my sandwich and about puked. It was aweful. Sandwich was cold and soggy. I swear they put a whole bottle ofketchup and mayonnaise on my sandwich. It was gross. I could not eat the sandwich after that first bite. All I saw was kids inthe place doing whatever they wanted. I had to wait for this for awhile for my sandwich as well. Don?t understand why it wascold and soggy. I don?t think I will ever go back there after this experience. I will bring my business somewhere else. Theykeep doing this to people then they won?t have to worry about being busy.
