Pulled into drive through to order food only to be told ?The machine is down.? There was a total of 4 cars in line to order at... the drive through. I politely asked, ?What?s the plan? Why am I stuck in the line if the machine is down?? To which theyresponded ?The guy at the window is waiting on an UberEats order.? I was stuck in like for 10 minutes unable to order my food,unable to leave the drive thru line because of incompetence from these employees. You?ve lost my business. A suggestion in thisscenario, politely ask the UberEats driver to pull in to the parking lot so the line of cars stuck in the drive thru line canobtain a lunch somewhere else. Simple. Really simple.
