Flew in from Chicago, holy hell...waited in the drivethru line for over 30mins!!! Would've left but was trapped in the line. One... of the worst run burger kings I've ever been too! Hit McDonald's up next door instead. It will save you a big headache! Read more
Pulled into drive through to order food only to be told ?The machine is down.? There was a total of 4 cars in line to order at... the drive through. I politely asked, ?What?s the plan? Why am I stuck in the line if the machine is down?? To which theyresponded ?The guy at the window is waiting on an UberEats order.? I was stuck in like for 10 minutes unable to order my food,unable to leave the drive thru line because of incompetence from these employees. You?ve lost my business. A suggestion in thisscenario, politely ask the UberEats driver to pull in to the parking lot so the line of cars stuck in the drive thru line canobtain a lunch somewhere else. Simple. Really simple. Go to another one if you're trying to use your App. After going through the drive through and said the offer was taken for a... free beverage I still got charged. Told the lady while showing the process and ended up arguing with me and slam the door shutand refused service. Than they said they do not honor it. These people really make you glad you do not end up working their adyour life time career when they sink this low on something simple in customer service. Read more
I think they come in overnight on Sunday and just make a weeks worth of food at once so they can have a permanent supply of cold... food for the coming week. I can't think of a single time I've had this Burger King where the food was even remotely warm. Allof the fast food places on 64 near 75 are competing to see who can give you the coldest, oldest, nastiest food possible. Read more
