I live near the area. Been giving this dunkin a chance for years. It seems with every management change , the problems still... persist. Poor inventory stock and lackluster customer service. There is another dunkin donuts 3 miles up the road. It's so badthat my 6 year old has to ask if I am going to the good dunkin or the bad dunkin... I just want a decent breakfast sandwichwith coffee. What a joke the management is terrible here . Pulled up to drive thru and worker says ?We aren?t taking any orders at this... time?. I asked why and they said the computers down and that it would be another two hours before it?s fixed! What a joke ! Badmanagement! Read more
The last few times that I have ordered ahead on the app, the order has not been ready when I?ve arrived. I?ve tried to be... patient but this last time I ordered over 10 minutes ahead of time and waited another 10 minutes inside of the store to get myorder. I totally understand the world is short staffed right now, but my order wasn?t even looked at until I asked about it. It's sooo unsanitary to be diggin in your ANYTHING around food, especially a GERMSY mouth!!! But thats exactly what the little... Slim Caucasian Female worker was doing... diggin in her mouth....in plain view... Horrible idea going in to order. The drive thru moved much faster (no surprise there). The gentleman behind the counter was nice... but moved with no urgency and my coffee was awful, I had to throw it away. Read more
This Dunkin?s was terrible, there was a new kid on board, and no one was there helping him, he was by himself on his first day... not even being trained. We ordered online 45 minutes ahead and our order wasn?t even started when we got there. When our stuffdid come out, our food was cold, our drinks were warm with no ice. We didn?t get 3 of our food items. Our coolata was a freezesmoothie, it wasn?t even the right color or texture. I am sitting here eating my bagel, the first one I got was rock hard andthe cream cheese was not on the side like I asked for. When I went in to get it changed it wasn?t changed the way I asked 2times. Bagel is not warm, bagel is not toasted, and the cream cheese still isn?t on the side. Never coming to this dunkinsagain! For a 50 dollar order that was ordered 45 minutes in advance this was terrible, just trying to get to the beach. Read more
Fantastic! The two gentlemen working tonight were so courteous and provided great service! The food was standard but the... customer care will bring me back. The ice cream is properly cooked so nice and creamy without ice crystals. The coffee was freshand the specific request of ingredients followed. I highly recommend this location. Read more
