One of the worst services . have people who don?t want to work. Called for a delivery and the lady said it will be two hours to... receive my meal . In the evening Time I can understand if it was during lunch time when there at there peak time . Drive thru is not busy, and I couldn't finish the Unwhich I ordered. Only nit...guy at window didn't acknowledge the Unwhich,... kept saying sandwich, so I wasn't sure if I was going to get the right item, which led to me repeating myself a few times. Easyto fix, and I will still go back. Read more
Been coming to this Jimmy Johns since it opened. But the last 3 times of coming here there has always been something wrong with... my order. I let it slide, but today they are consistent in making the sandwiches incorrectly amongst other things. I orderedonline at 1:40pm, usually when I arrive my sandwich order is ready. It takes 11 minutes to get there. I waited until 2:01pm atthe drive through for my order. I was given my order minus chips I had also ordered. I reminded the young lady I had chipsalso in my order. She quickly got it for me. When I got home in the bag there was about 12 packets of mayonnaise? I thoughtthat was strange being that mayonnaise should already be on the sandwich. Nope! No Mayo on the sandwich. So it took long, andthe order was not done properly. I?m starting to lose faith in a sandwich shop I really enjoyed going to. I guess I?ll have tosearch for another spot. Jimmy John's is one of the best subs I've ever had even beats out Subway, Publix subs. I brought my wife there to try a sub for... the first time she was highly impressed and now considers Jimmy John's or go to sub shop. The facility is very clean the managerand the other employees are very courteous , and knowledgeable of what a customer possibly wants.
