I have had the opportunity to visit Applebees in numerous states. This is bye for the worst I?ve ever seen. There is no quality... control. The entire order was cold. I knew it when I picked up my order. I didn?t want to cause a scene. Maybe I should have.How can you send out food like this? Don?t you have any pride in your work? the service here has become so bad my friend group jokes about it but its gotten so bad and so consistently bad we end up... driving 20+ minutes to applebees on 10th if we want decent service. i wont talk about all the stories of bad waiters, messed uporders, or the horribly long waits for service for my friends and i. this time its about my family, we only saw our waiter maybe5 times during our 2 hours there. once when she took our drinks, second when she brought our drinks and took our food order,third was when she brought our food and our only drink refill (not by choice), 4th time was when we asked for the managerbecause our food was made incorrectly and the last was for the check. we all decided to just grab waters from our car because wenever really got much drink. the food here is almost always incorrect (take out and dine in) this time the burger patties wereovercooked and shriveled to a size half of that of the bun, but by the time our waitress came back to tell her everyone else waspretty much done eating after waiting close to an hour and a half for our food (the restaurant was maybe 50% full, if anything).they at least took of that burger off our receipt but service here is a joke Read more
My waitress Victoria was great she tended to my son and I very well. My son ordered chicken and broccoli Alfredo with a sprite.... I must say for a picky child that just goes for plain noodles he sure loved it. I ordered the Bourbon chicken and shrimp whichwas great along with that Mmm so good gorgeous tasting Rasberry lemonade. And folks when I say gorgeous I mean I had 3 refillsand wish I had room for more. Prior to our meals we did enjoy an appetizer of the boneless garlic parmasean wings which hit thespot to get that craving for wings out of the way. Read more
Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because our server was very busy, but he did try his best to give us excellent service.
Had a good time and good service and also great food... Well its been a while since I have not review Applebee's and I feel is... necessary to check in once in a while so new customers can get an idea of the quality of service. This time I had a good dinnerwith family. The restaurant was in really good shape. Tables were cleaned and ready to receive customers. Restrooms werecleaned. Windows and floors were nice and cleaned as well. Over all the place was doing real good. Our hostess guided us toour table and introduced us to our waitress and we began with an entry and drinks. Then we ordered our food and the food wasamazing. It had this nice fresh recently prepared look and feel, that many restaurants would envy. The presentation of thedish was as describe by photos and narrative on the menu. Our waitress kept checking on us and we had an amazing family time. Always looking forward to another visit. To the manager or managers, congratulations on a great performance. I will be postingphotos for people to appreciate the different dishes. Read more

Applebees a quick lunch/dinner for us . We wanted to try the protein bowls. Food was fresh , tasted good , was quickly serve... once we were seated. Restaurant was clean but could be cleaner needs head to toe cleaning. Windowns, chairs, tables with plentyof soap to get rid oily feel. Or what ever degreaser is allowed. Server was very attentive, was cleaned and well groom.Provided excellent customer service. Place is busy busy , prices are decent for hot meal. Only thing ... We gone couple oftimes but dont see why we have to wait in car to get called for a table. So we waited in the outside area. I recommendApplebees in MISSION for food , customer service and pricing. Went for lunch got right in.had one of their new skillets it was great for sure will be back excellent staff
