Takes long to get a pizza then they never got classic pizza and it's like pre heated not even cut right. This location is on 495... & Conway. The little Caesars on 3 mile & Conway the bomb have what you want and always fresh. Read more
What would a Friday night be without Little Caesars? I had placed an order through the app so it would be ready when I got... there. I was trying to use my code and the manager came over to tell me they were making fresh ones for me cause the ones that Iordered were past the "freshness-window", I told him it was ok I'll take them cause it was my fault I was late, but he insistedI get the fresh ones and he told me they were already in the oven. I was waiting and he told me he'd bring them out to my car. Afew minutes later he was out with our pizza's. I really appreciate the customer service I received, he could have easily let metake my original order and not even cared ESPECIALLY with how busy they were. Here's to GREAT customer service!
