Drive thru employee (Monica S.) did not accurately take my order. Employee was dismissive when i tried to correct order at drive... thru window (I wasnt charged for an additional item i had requested, i still wanted the item and offer to pay. I was told that iwould have to go to the back of the drive thru line, because there were cars behind me if i wanted to fulfill my order or iwould have to park and come inside. I was still at the window because i was checking my order to make sure everything was ok.)Employee was dismissive and when i went inside to order remaining items, i brought it up to Manager's attention (Tan) thatemployee had not fulfilled my order correctly and i just want to paid for the rest of my items when i was at the drive thru. Shewas dismissive, told me that i was wrong in what i had ordered and i was told that i my order had taken too long (5 minutes fromdrive thru speaker to order fulfillment, and ignored my compliant. At the very least they should have apologized for myexperience because i can understand that they might have not heard me correctly, but i didnt even get that. I was told that iwas wrong and i was ignored. The only positive thing i can say is that the employee (Cesar) who took the order for the item iwas missing, was polite, courteous, and professional. He was the only one who offered an apology for my experience. I wouldntrecommend this location. Especially if they treat their customers this way. Read more

Good place to come and eat when your craving some American style Chinese food. It's not my favorite, but if I'm close by and... hungry I'll come to this one. However their Honey Walnut Shrimp is literally the only reason I keep coming back. I usually getthe plate that includes 2 entrees and 1 side. Broccoli and beef with Honey Walnut shrimp paired with half fried rice and halfnoodles. It's not the best, since of course the lack og authenticity, but it'll do if you're ever wanting some quick Chinesefood. Read more
What is teriyaki chicken with out the teriyaki sauce? Just chicken. This store consistently forgets to put teriyaki sauce on... pick up orders when teriyaki chicken is ordered. Mind you the bags are closed. As a former employee I am aware of the procedurefor pick up orders. 1 plastic wear per meal, 1 cookie per meal, 1 soy sauce, 1 chilli paste, and teriyaki sauce when teriyakichicken is ordered. Then you close bag and place at pick up. Is money so tight at this location that they have to stop puttingteriyaki sauce when teriyaki chicken is ordered. On request only is reserved for in store orders. Drive thru and pick up itshould always be automatic. If your cost are so bad, you need a better manager. Panda has always been a nice place to dine in. Most people usually do drive through but I occasionally stop by and dine in. ... This time was one of those. The restaurant was immaculate. The staff always happy, always polite. Restrooms with all thenecessary to maintain a clean environment. Yes, off course, the food was as always fresh. I am attaching a photo I took todayto present the freshness of this dish. I have nothing, but good things to talk about this restaurant. Management and team areall on the same page. Good job! Always go to Edinburg location and this was my first time in this location, very poor experience on this one, the food was cold,... the fountain soda didn?t have sodas available and the workers were on a rush to attend this issues. Read more
